Come and get A Wave From It All!
This coastal cutie is in a quiet neighborhood and just three minutes from all the best Rockport has to offer. Filled with relaxing and delightful seaside decor, you will feel at peace the moment you enter. This three bedroom, two bath home features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a huge L shaped ultra comfortable sofa and is perfect for lounging with a good book or gathering for movie night. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up the days catch or whip up a pitcher of margaritas. The dining room table has seating for 6.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the attached master bath has double sinks along with an amazing walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The privacy fenced backyard offers lush grass and is a perfect spot for the kiddos to play.
Enjoy the evening breeze while enjoying a cool beverage on the covered back patio.
There is ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.

Fun at the Wave

This house is located very near to much of what you what to see and do in Rockport. Very comfortable beds. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and they quickly responded to it. We will stay here again.

Nice, clean home. The amenities were a nice touch. Great location close to beach and grocery store. I appreciated that there were not a ton of decorations/knick nacks that I had to worry about my kids getting into. The bed in one of the bedrooms was super high and difficult to get into.

Great 4th of July

The house was absolutely perfect for our 4th of July stay. Clean and spacious and close to downtown for the fireworks. Everything we needed was within a 2 minute drive. Check-in and out was easy. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to evacuations for the hurricane. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

Great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed this home for our weekend at the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house itself is very cozy and clean. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, packages in the restrooms and kitchen in case you need soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We would not only stay again but recommend other to do the same.

Great stay in Rockport

This is a great three bedroom home. The location is excellent for Rockport and easy access to 35 to get to Corpus Christi or to go north to Refugio and Goliad. Everything was very clean and we had no problems. I highly recommend it.
