Introducing Vacation Station SP104! This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony. On the 3rd level there is a guest room with a queen bed and the main bedroom with a king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room there is a convertible sofa bed.
There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage. All stays are a required 2-night minimum.
The unit next door, Relaxation Station SP105, is also available for rent. Rent both units so two families can vacation together but have their own space.

Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
