Prime Spot

Exactly what we were after. The place is in a prime location maybe 100 yds from the beach, maybe less. We just love this development. This is the second time we have stayed in that development. Outside amenities are spot on. The grills were very nice. The outside eating area was fantastic. The pool was a welcome relief after being in the surf all day. The condo was more than we could have asked for. It was spotless, everything worked, and was stocked with everything we needed. Just a great place. This is my go to location for any Corpus visit. Highly recommend. It is worth every penny.

Overall the property was good for a vacation rental. The only bad thing we have to say about it is there was no water pressure the entire week we were there. We also had very limited hot water. With 12 people I would have expected the unit to handle that many people being able to shower with hot water. The water pressure was so bad we could barely rinse our hair as well

Great beach location

Four bedroom town house with short walk to beach. Everything was great. Pool was heated and kids loved swimming in it. We like this location because it is on the beach where cars are not allowed to drive. A great stay. Thanks!

The property is in excellent condition and very close to the beach. Our family included three generations... and the accommodations within the apartment as well as those within the complex [community pool & grill area] were perfectly suited for our needs. Great Getaway

Everything was as expected. The check in and out process was super easy and we we had a small maintenance that was quickly fixed. I loved the pathway to the beach and how it was blocked off from cars being able to drive down. It would have been great if there was a hose out back to rinse off with before entering, there may have been one and I missed it, but just around the corner was a place to rinse off that was good to use too. We had a GREAT time staying here with all the kids. Plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful townhouse, beautiful beach!

We will come again to this beautiful Townhome right next to WhiteCap Beach! The townhome is spotless, and looks just like the photo. Very family oriented and quiet complex just short walk down to Whitecap Beach. For $12, we purchased the Beach Pass so we could drive our truck down to the beach and park on the beach! Very convenient! This location is one of the best on the island!

The location was easy to find, excellent proximity to the beach and a beautiful pool on the property. The condo was in great condition and all of the rooms accommodated my family perfectly. There were a few things that I did clean when we arrived, but that's just me.

Family Beach Trip

Property was great! Accommodated our family perfectly. Location was the best part, walking distance to the beach and easy access to the pool. A couple minor repairs had to be made while we were there to the condo. Everyone was very nice and professional.
