Simple, clean, safe, great location

Perfect for a family of 4. It is cozy. Back to the ‘90s and that is not a bad thing. We enjoyed the place and the manager was very helpful. Thank you Rosie!

I would stay again

The property was very clean. It felt a little small but we live in a house but it was perfectly fine for me, 2 kids and a dog. The kitchen came with pots/pans, plates, utensils, coffee pot and ice. There’s even a pit on the property. We had a good time.

Great Birthday Weekend!

The property was easy to locate. It was very clean, neat, and cozy. Just good enough for the three of us. It was within walking distance of the beach. I will most definitely come back and spread the word to family and friends. Thank you for the experience. :)

Clean, and fast response

Had a small minor maintenance issue, and when we called the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes. The bungalow was really clean well taken care of, and the AC worked awesome in the middle of a heatwave.

Nice little place

Room was great except there was only enough linen for the one queen size bed. We were a family of four which was on the rental agreement. Had to go to town to get more linen for the futon. Other than that it was perfect for us…

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was cozy, had most of the items we needed and was comfy and very convenient to our go to places. It was a bit noisier than we are used to but quiet between 10p and 7a. I’d have preferred it be a bit cleaner on check in but the issues were minor. No dishwasher, heads up! We got great value for our money.

Property is affordable and fairly conveniently located. It’s a very no-frills spot, which is reflected in the affordability. There were some definite cleanliness issues and we could have used more towels/washcloths. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. There were no hot pads. Most places we’ve stayed have had some salt/pepper/kitchen basics, but this doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, but we would have thrown some in if we had known. The property was quiet and felt safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a good place to stay. The condo did need some minor repairs but was in good condition. I would like to see the old key lock replaced with a modern programmable lock that could be changed for every guest. It was an issue keeping up with a key while at the beach.
