Channelview CV214, this fabulous upscale condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Channelview is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

We consider It a prime location; close to the town center and then watching the ships pass through the channel was an added bonus. Plus we can’t say enough about Port A Escapes management. We’ve used them for years and are never disappointed. A friendly, helpful and capable group always.

We would recommend the shower caddy to be changed out since both are very rusted and we found some mold in the shower. This unit was the only unit we had a bug issue. There were ants on the dining room table as well as on the floor. We also killed a roach. Other than that, the place was clean. We didn't use any of the kitchen utensils or dishes, but everything seemed well stocked.

My niece is 1 and she was able to watch the boats out of the lower windows which kept her busy for hours. My nephew loved the pier to fish and watch the boats. It was super close to the beach. The rooms and beds were big and comfortable. Two big bathrooms and a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The assigned parking was very convenient and we felt very safe with the gate. Some people were partying later in the evening but promptly quieted down around 11 which was nice with the kids trying to sleep. We had the best time and loved the property and will consider it again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The new pool was wonderful! We love the location but the new management does not compare to the way things were managed before. We had no kitchen towels or dish cloths, could have used extra trash bag but no one on site to provide these items, TV service was out one night and the worst part is the new requirement of paying in full 2 weeks in advance with forfeiting all the money if canceling within 2 weeks. That's a huge risk for any family to take. With check in at 4:00 and having to pay $50 for early check in, everyone was trying to get their keys at one time and it seemed several people were quite frustrated with the process. Just not happy with the new management.

Waterfront apartments

We needed a late check in which the group host provided through a lock box at the rental office, but we were given the wrong code for the gate....unable to initially connect with the overnight attendent who was inside the gate, who finally did try to help us but she too could not figure put why our packet with the keys and information had a code that did not work. We did reach a overnight host that tried to trouble shoot the problem, didn't work initially until she reset the gate code.....this unfortunately was not a great start to our stay. The gates are very secure, the stairways definetely need more lighting. Would have been nice to know if we could have accessed other stairways for deck access, as our "apartment"had no out to the oceanside. There is no beach in front of the complex but there is a nice dock out into the ocean. Apartment nicely furnished.....we love Port Aransas and this is our first experience with this VBRO group. I definetely know what questions to ask before proceeding with our next booking.
