By the Sea is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering By the Sea the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

It was wonderful, clean, quiet, and perfect for a group of girls celebrating. I do wish we had known that there were only 3 beach towels at the home. We could have packed our own!
The check-in process went smooth, the ladies at the reception were helpful and courteous.
This development (Cinnamon Shore) is beautiful....pools, restaurants, beache, etc.
The property was clean and rooms/baths as described. Two big CONS the elevator wasn't working (it hasn't been for the last 10+ days)....this isn't convenient being located on the 3rd floor when bringing up and down twice a day coolers, beach toys, etc
One night the bathroom located on the top floor had a water leak.....everything upstairs flooded and it even dripped onto the first floor. The maintenance crew took care immediately......but still very inconvenient!
This condo was very nice and a perfect fit for our family of 7. Three nicely appointed bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps four. The kitchen was nicely stocked and perfect for us since we like to cook. Itâs nice to be on the top floor because your view is of the lawn and there was a great band during our stay. The drying function for the dishwasher was not working, the refrigerator froze things, and the oven was a little temperamental (slow to heat, went on and off for no reason). So I think there are some deferred maintenance issues that need to be addressed. If I could communicate this privately to the property owner I would but I donât see how to do that. Check in was a real nightmare. We were told we could check in a 3. And then told 4. We arrived at 1:30 pm and were told if the unit was cleaned early they would text us. Well they never did and at 4 pm we starting bringing our stuff upstairs and the unit was unlocked and cleaned. Who knows how long it had been ready. They never texted and then they called at 7 pm to ask if we were on our way. This was in spite of the fact I had called three times earlier in the day. I suppose had we not gone upstairs we would have just been left to bake in the parking lot with our five kids for three hours. They never responded to any communications. Lastly the luggage cart had flat tires which made it nearly impossible for us and the many other guests to use. For what we paid I would expect much better service than we got. The property owner should take this up with Cinnamon Shores because they are not giving a good impression.
