The hotel itself was nice. Check-in took almost 45 minutes and there were employees just standing around watching or on their phones. Then, we forgot a bag and housekeeping took it downstairs. I had my daughter pick it up and what do you know… the money that was in there, was missing ! They literally stole money that I WORKED FOR !! Hotel had cracks and leaks everywhere. Pool water looked dirty and foggy. I honestly will never return.

E building could use a few upgrades and it appears they’re working on it. Either way, the staff always remembers me and they are super nice, helpful and attentive. The amenities are pretty amazing for a Holiday Inn: spa, fitness room, parking garage etc.

The restroom was dirty and the shower pressure was little to none. Parking was horrible and the spaces were very limited especially paying for it. The booked room was supposed to come with couch bed which it did not. Very dissatisfied with my stay.
