The hotel was very nice. The dining room was under staffed and the Breakfast was taking over an hour to be served. We did not stay and about 4 people walked out complaining about the coffee being cold when it was served.

Great view of the marina from 15th floor. Comfortable bed and pillows! Bathroom was clean. Ice maker was empty, hall carpet was noticeably dirty, towels and bath mat were frayed. Coffee supplies had not been restocked.

There were great little balconies, but they were locked and inaccessible. No trash can in the bathrooms along with plumbing issues. Breakfast was inedible. When we were checking in, another guest was complaining of hair and bugs in her bed which was not a great impression. Ours were clean. We requested a freshen up of the bathroom and coffee supplies but didn't need anything else. They left a pile of linens (not ours) and trash next to our door for the rest of our stay. The bottom dresser drawer wouldn't stay close, it kept sliding all the way out which presented a trip hazard. Adds promised room service, which they did not have. Staff seemed completely uninterested and blamed everything on hotels.com. Lastly, when I book a high floor room and 8th floor out of 18, I'm not happy.

There was a water leak in the toilet. I called them and they said they can move me up to a different floor. But I like the lower floors. But I will not stay there again.

I wasn’t aware of the parking fees so I was disappointed because I had to pay 30 for parking I will never stay here again
