Above and Beyond Customer Service

We had a wonderful stay, but made the mistake of leaving our clothes in the closet. However, housekeeping and front desk were amazing in letting us know immediately and promptly sending the missing items to our residence. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were there 4 days and had maid service once.. About 5pm on the 3rd day a maid knocked, said "no English" and gave us fresh washcloths and took the trash we handed her The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The room was average. We were not happy paying a $10 per night parking fee. We were told it was for security..... We have stayed at numerous hotels over the years but have never paid to park !!!!

Nice and clean. Our fridge didnt work but other then that it was a nice room and hotel. Parking is $10 a day. But definitely good right on the beach
