Its ok if you're staying for a day. Bed is too small for a couple. Handicap bathrooms are NOT walk in showers, mom was not able to shower. Cant lift leg to get into tub. Overall review, its ok dor the day.

Very dirty. They don’t clean your rooms. When I when to exchange my dirty towels I asked for 4 and was told I’m only giving you 3 because I have other guest. I had to make it clear I had four people in my room. It really put a damper on the vacation. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cheap price does not make up for the bad hotel. My advice spend the extra money stay somewhere else.

My room was not ready at checking time which was 3pm. I had to wait almost 2 hours they kept telling me it was not ready to give them a few minutes. I was not the only one waiting for my room, I noticed other people upset waiting for there room(s) to be ready. I got my room until almost 5pm. I got my room then at night I noticed there was no hot water. It was just a little warm. So yea that was my experience in that hotel.

This was a last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I didn’t know much about the area but it wasn’t kind of a nice neighborhood. The room had nothing just two beds and a shower. No coffee maker, no fridge, nothing whatsoever. Staff were nice tho, and if you see anything above one star it was because of the nice staff.

The price is right! The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are awesome. It is an older hotel in an older part of town, but i stay there once or twice a month when i visit family and friends and feel safe as a single woman..and am always greeted with a warm smile by the awesome front desk staff!
