Port Azure is your elevated Port Aransas beach destination completed in 2023 with a private heated cocktail pool, four bedrooms, three and a half baths and luxurious finishes and appointments throughout in the heart of Port A.

You’ll be greeted by an open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, comfortable furniture and plenty of natural light. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, professional style range, full size fridge, stand alone ice maker, wine and beverage fridge and full size drawer microwave as well as a full complement of cooking utensils for the chefs, bar ware for the mixologist and your choice of coffee maker for ground coffee, K-cup or Nespresso pods for your barista. A north-facing small patio provides city views for your enjoyment.

The dining table comfortably seats 10 with 4 additional stools available at the island bar. The adjacent living area’s comfortable sofa and love seat includes a large smart TV, console stocked with games and includes high speed 300mb Wi-Fi blanketing the house.

When it’s time to retire for the night, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms. BR1: The primary bedroom on the second floor includes a king size bed, smart TV, closet and en suite with tiled and glass enclosure shower, standalone soaker tub and twin vanities. BR2: The second upstairs bedroom includes a king size bed, smart TV, closet and en suite with tiled tub/shower combo.

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms including BR3: two built in twin over queen bunk beds with closet and smart TV. BR4: The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV and room for a pack and play (included). The first floor includes a full bathroom with walk in tiled shower with sealed glass enclosure. A full size washer and dryer rounds out the inside amenities.

Just outside is a covered garage parking spot with three additional parking spaces adjacent to the house. Uniquely, this house includes a golf cart garage for which you’ll have access with automatic overhead garage door, table, chairs, and Weber charcoal kettle grill for an extended leisure area.
