Nicely renovated one bedroom condo just a half block from the beach! Come relax with a 60" smart' tv in the living room with bluray player and Netflix etc if you have an account, a 32' in the bedroom and a 24' in the bathroom. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly renovated gourmet kitchen and after dinner relax on the patio.

When your ready to hit the beach just pack up and make the short stroll to Michael Ellis beach 1/2 block away or just relax by the pool.

At the end of the day enjoy a meal at any one of the islands great restaurants!

First impression when rolling up wasn’t very good, outside looked a little run down compared to the other condos around but don’t let the outside fool you inside was very clean and nice. Overall was a great place to stay and was just a short little walk from the beach.

The condo was smaller than I thought it would be. Bedroom small with soft mattress. The bathroom could have used towel hooks. The main living room tv was not set up with Spectrum. The location to the beach was great.

New looking place and well kept. New appliances, furniture, and a washer and dryer. Tucked away in a condominium it was a quiet stay even over the Labor Day weekend holiday. Thank you to the host!

Great Location! Great Stay!

My daughter and I stayed here and it was absolutely perfect!! It was so close to the beach, we enjoyed the pool, had all the amenities and more that we needed for our getaway! Trays of ice in the freezer was a very welcome treat!! Troy was great and easy to communicate with! The outside of the building is weathered but that’s to be expected in the Texas heat and salty air! The inside is nicely renovated and comfortable!! Thanks Troy!

This is the way to go if you’re planning a trip to whitecap or the surrounding beaches. Way better than a hotel in my opinion. The condo is comfortable, clean and new! Has everything you need for your stay. I stayed 3 nights with my 2 teenagers and 6-year-old and everyone was happy. The pool was nice and the beach is across the street.
