Disappointing Unit

No wi-fi instructions. Floors dirty, especially near baseboards and in grout lines. Bathroom counter dirty, including grout lines. Dirty broom. Constant drip in bathtub faucet. No extra pillow cases. Front door did not feel secure. Many repairs to the unit were sloppy. Overall impression is needs a competent facelift. Noise from adjacent road so loud you couldn't enjoy patio.

Weekend getaway

Being a first floor condo was nice. Not the cleanest I’ve stayed at in beach club. Great size for a couple. No blankets for foldout couch that we could find. Beds were comfortable. Of note: absolutely not the owners fault, but traffic noise from Whitecap is horrible if you are a light sleeper.

Weekend get away

Easy check in. Initial issue with door lock, but contacted property management and it was fixed timely. Easy walking distance to beach. Short 20-30 minute drive to Port A or Corpus. Room clean pool, workout area, and hot tub all clean and functioning properly. Totally will book again.

There are a few details in the kitchen and the bathroom that the management team should pay attention to. Other than those details - it was an okay place to stay for 2 people. Location near beach was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at the Beach Retreat! Condo was nice and clean and just right for our needs. My biggest complaint would be all of the grass burr stickers that were all over the place. Grassy areas, carpets in hallways, and carpet in closet of condo. Otherwise, it was great! Would definitely go back and use them again! Really enjoyed our stay.
