Perfect size for our family! Loved that there was a bathroom for all 4 bedrooms. The house was pristine clean. We rented a golf cart which made it quick and easy to get to the beach. Would highly recommend this house!

Port Aransas dream

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a great location. It was clean and very roomy. We had family from 7 yrs old to 87 yrs old and everyone had a fantastic time. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Annual Fam Bam Beach Trip!!

Thank you for another comfortable, secure place to stay for summer getaway! Great place, location, and quick drive or walk to beach. We did have an issue with the washer power but they came and fixed it before we got back from beach. Have fun!

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in this house. We always enjoy Port A and have stayed at dozens of condos and homes but this house everything we need. It's big enough to accommodate last minute kids that always seem to join our group without cramping the parents. The location next to the pool is perfect and you can get anywhere on the island in a golf cart. Parking can be challenged and the neighborhood security is up tight which could be a good or bad.

We had lots of room and enjoy things a lot. Parking was hard. Although we had 4 parking passes drive way very hard to navigate. Ac was not working correctly. Not nearly enough towels for the rental. We had to do laundry everyday to have towels. Beds were comfortable and spacious .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a clean and fully stocked home. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces fit our group perfectly. We were next to the pool which was nice and since pool closed at 10:00 there was not a noise issue. We saw and spoke to the security guard ,Victoria, each night who patrolled the community. She was friendly and visible. We felt safe. The streets were tight for parking but we managed fine with our XL SUV and Truck. We would stay there again.

Incredible layout!

Mango & Cash was PERFECT for our two families. The layout allowed all of us to be together (the enormous dinner table is the best!) and also break away for quiet time in our own areas. The rooftop was lovely - we even saw the SpaceX rocket fly overhead! The pool being right next door was a perfect addition for our families - we had 5 kids in total. The smallest upstairs bedroom wasn't quite as cozy & equipped as the other rooms, but it was still quite sufficient. The A/C was excellent - we were there during the Heat Dome of 2023, so that was very important. The garage was also stocked with a variety of beach gear, games, etc. My favorite aspect, though, was just how beautiful the downstairs living area was - the windows, the views, the light. Definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week working remotely here while family enjoyed vacation in parallel. Village Walk is a nice, quieter neighborhood, but close enough to the ocean to feel the breeze from the patio or roof top deck. House was very clean, good layout, and comfortable with 10 people. Only challenge was there really isn't a quite place to work. This house is right next to one of the community pools (great if you want to watch your family, but might prefer to be a couple houses away). Communication with Port A Escapes was excellent, with easy check-in/out process. Need to rent a golf cart with this location.
