The 4-bedroom, 3 bath home sits on one of the largest residential lots in Port Aransas, Texas with a private pond and swimming pool and plenty of space during your stay. Definitely one of a kind! Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests and parking space for 5 vehicles, this home is the perfect spot for families with children.

We have turtles that will surface every once in a while to say hello. Circle around the firepit for a night of S'mores, night swimming and star gazing! A Charcoal Bar B Que pit and Smoker is available at the back of the property next to the gazebo for those who like to Q’ it up. The patio area has a 6-seat dining table to enjoy outdoor dinners, an adjoining bar and seating area to relax and have a great time with family/friends including outdoor games such as giant jenga, ping pong table, dart board, connect four and cornhole located by the patio area. Kids can enjoy the swing under the patio, take the paddle boat around the pond or run around the spacious yard. You can also play a game of horseshoe toss over the bridge by the firepit. There is an outdoor shower to use after a day of fun at the beach.

The first floor offers a private suite with its own entrance that does not require stairs to get to. This space offers a full size bed plus a futon couch and full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a fully stocked kitchenette. As you make your way to the second floor you are greeted with an open and spacious living room. Catch the big game or cuddle up on the couch for a movie on the large flat screen TV or enjoy the beautiful ambiance sitting in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. There is plenty of seating space at the kitchen bar or adjacent dining table. A washer and dryer is located off the hallway for your convenience. The master bedroom has a plush king size bed and flat screen TV. The newly updated restroom offers a ceiling mount rainfall shower head, perfect for a relaxing shower after the beach. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and twin bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds with a flat screen TV and karaoke machine to sing the night away. There is an additional full bathroom off of the hallway with a tub in case you need a relaxing bath. Wi-Fi and Smart TV’s are provided so you can use your streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu to name a few.

The wrap around porch gives you a panoramic view of the pond. The back porch has two captain chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the private pond. The front porch has rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy the sound of nature and ocean waves. Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while the turtles splash the morning away. The home has plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the rays of sun or watch the night stars such as the bench with chimenea, Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit, a bench near the dock and back and front porch seating. The home provides an abundance of yard space for the kids, a bridge perfect for pictures and a dock for paddle boating.

The home is centrally located in Old Town Port Aransas providing easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery and convenience stores. The beach is only a half a mile away from the house. The house is located in the golf cart zone area where you can take a 4-minute golf cart ride or a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The Port Aransas Ferry is also a 5-minute drive from the house.
