Sitting on one of the most spacious lots on Bay Shore Drive, Poppy’s Paradise has ample space for families and friends (sleeps 18 comfortably) and offers more amenities than any other rental in Key Allegro, including a brand new pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, on-site golf cart rental, full length dock, green lights, four kayaks, four paddleboards, Lilypad, crab traps, outdoor seating and dining everywhere, plenty of grills, and so much more! The house is also perfect for smaller groups who may not need all the beds, but who want to enjoy the fantastic amenities!

Extra Large and mostly shaded main deck adjacent to pool with a hot tub, large dining table (seats 12), grilling area, comfortable couches, tanning ledge by the canal, smart TV, and a projector screen! It doesn’t work well during the day because of light saturation but it’s beautiful at night!

Also, three outdoor smart TVs total; a beautiful Weber gas grill; an awesome Reqteq pellet smoker; four kayaks (two perfect for fishing); four paddle boards; a large Lily Pad float to enjoy the canal; and bait traps and crab traps (kids love these).

We added so many features during our recent renovation. Now that they are complete, we hope you agree we’ve accomplished our goal, which is to make Poppy’s Paradise one of the Best Vacation Rentals in Rockport!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

We were there for the Humane Society Spring fundraiser as part of the decorating committee. The house was perfect as a work space and as a relaxing reward. Wonderful for coffee in the morning out on the deck and a glass of wine in the evening. Even though we were working, we were able to have fun as well!

Loved this property. Great access to the water and the owners provide paddle boards and kayaks for use on the canal. Extremely clean and spacious. Owners were communicative and delivered a full bottom of propane so we could enjoy the grill. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Family Vaca!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was perfect in so many ways and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Don’t forget to take time for the rooftop deck! It’s an absolutely beautiful place to relax/visit at night. We even had a couple dolphins come by on our last afternoon there.

Family Memorial Luncheon Weekend

This property was perfect for our purposes. We needed a place to gather for a lunch for my Dad who passed away a few months back. The place was clean, spacious, well decorated, convenient to beach, fishing, kayaking and local restaurants. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was awesome to cook in. We could fish, kayak and paddle board all from the back deck. It was a lovely getaway. A perfect place to relax from the stress of normal life. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

This house was nothing short of amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed, outdoors had great water activities along with beautiful views and plenty of seating! Games for kids, nice neighborhood and super spacious. Owners where very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we received a few items left behind!
