Private 3 BR Stilt Home, Shared Pool, 5-minute drive to the Beach, Dogs OK!

Welcome to Port A Ocean Breeze! This 3 bedroom/2 bath house has everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. Port A Ocean Breeze is located in the Bella Vista community and features a community pool across the street. The location provides privacy and a more relaxed feel while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Port Aransas and 20 minutes to Corpus Christi.

The house is on pilings and features a large balcony for enjoying sunrise and sunset views, ample covered parking, a picnic area, and an outdoor fire pit. Inside, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining/kichen area with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. The living area has a flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and many windows to enjoy the views. On the other side is a dining area with seating for six guests and a full kitchen with an island, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage. Cable television and wireless interenet is included in your stay.

Down the hall you'll find the master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and televisions. These bedrooms share another full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

The Port Aransas and Mustang Island beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Shopping, dining, and other attractions are nearby as well. When you return, take a dip in the community pool that's across the street from the house, unwind with a beverage on the front porch, or enjoy an evening around the backyard fire pit.

Port A Ocean Breeze is a dog-friendly property subject to weight and breed limitations. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $75 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
