Toilet ran constantly, shower door would not stay closed when showering, sink had visible black gunk that should have been scrubbed clean.

Perfect beach access. Staff was very professional, no excuses when issues/complaints/or questions about things shared/reported. The staff immediately without any excuses did what they were able to do to take care of it or asked permission from a supervisor without my suggestion. I appreciated that because I know things go wrong at times, I just need it acknowledged and taken care of if possible.

Overall property in remodeling have to use Hotel staff elevator which was kind of not in good condition no bar no breakfast just not good for the price

Property is under construction.. elevator about to go out squeaks and shakes.. room was not cleaned. Were woken up at 4:00 in the morning with loud music people partying.. Only thing nice was it was close to bay..

Hotel was undergoing extensive renovation. Although the room waa ok, the lobby was a mess, no restaraunt and guests had to walk thru construction to use servive elevator, whicj was filthy.

So, I have to say that I’m VERY disappointed by this visit. We walked in and the place is under renovation. Which is not the reason for the low rating. Just wanted to point it out cause I hope to raise the number of stars if I ever revisit. IF. Well, check in was fairly easy. Gave our name and credit card/ID and that’s it. Went to our room in an elevator I wasn’t exactly sure worked. I pushed the floor button and wasn’t sure it was read. No Indication that my floor was pressed. The floor we were on was dark and dingy. Bad carpet, low light, old dirty ceiling tiles. Walk into room and….we’ll that’s when the disappoint really kicks in. Lock on balcony doesn’t work (on a high floor so not that much if a big deal), room phone doesn’t work, stains on the bed sheets, and old gum blackened on one of the sofas. I called downstairs and was told I could change rooms. Very friendly staff which is why I gave the 2 stars. Other room was clean but still a let down. Rust everywhere. Hopefully the renovation cleans all that up. Furniture looks old and the wood falling apart. The one thing I could tell was already touched up Was the bathroom. BUT, that isn’t really a good thing. Bathroom was very small. Shower was VERY small. No place to put toiletries and the toiletries themselves were a joke. 3.5 oz bottles of what I could only assume is jello that wasn’t fully set. Doesn’t lather at all. With a family of 5…. This was a no. Air condition unit was super loud. TV a bit out dated. I could go o
