SLEEPING QUARTERS: Soothing Brazilian hardwood floors and tranquil tones set the stage for a quiet retreat when you’re ready to get away from it all. The primary suite has a built-in desk, walk-in closet and private balcony that overlooks Corpus Christi Bay and the downtown skyline. Enjoy the sunset view from your private balcony, oversized rain shower or freestanding soaker tub then sink into a plush king bed. The second bedroom has a huge balcony plus built-in shelving and drawers with a luxurious king bed. The gorgeous, dedicated bathroom has a double vanity and stunning Spanish tile work. The retro, surf-themed bunk room is a kid’s dream. Each of the four bunks has its own privacy curtain and light/outlet/shelf niche. There are lots of toys, games and books to keep little ones happy. All bedrooms feature blackout shades, smart TVs, soundproofing and solid core doors so everyone can sleep peacefully after a full day of fun in the sun.

OUTDOOR LIVING: With four oversized porches and balconies, Cinnamon Pearls has so many places to enjoy the Gulf breezes. Swing on the wrapped front porch and enjoy an evening meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table positioned to be shaded all afternoon and evening. A convenient, paved corridor through the side yard leads directly to the screened natural gas grill and outdoor shower. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the herb and butterfly garden or watch the sunset from the back balcony. The front covered balcony has peek-a-boo views of the lakes and an attached sun deck to catch some rays or gaze at the stars.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again! The kitchen was well-stocked, and we cooked several meals during our trip, which made it feel like home.We really appreciated the quieter location—away from the main pool and beach area, which tended to be more crowded. Being near the entrance also made it super convenient to get in and out of the property quickly. The neighborhood was very safe and lively at night - teenagers driving around in golf carts, families walking around. One tip for future guests: be sure to bring your own beach or pool towels, as they weren’t provided at the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Close to pool and beach! Home was very clean and had all of the amenities to prepare meals for our family! The only down side was that one of the chairs in the living area was broken and not repaired. There were 8 of us so it was a slight bummer to not have seating for everyone to watch a movie. We were over charged for golf carts, which is a different company, I’ve left 3 messages with no return call to Sage! We will definitely go again but probably chose a larger home for our big family!

Perfect Home for a quick Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. It was awfully windy during our stay, so we didn’t venture out to the beach as much as we would’ve liked but we did take advantage of the pool which was very nice. I was a bit concerned about construction noise but we hardly noticed anything was going on. My one and only suggestion would be to please place some sort of window covering on the front side of the home as it is on the backside. This was an all girls trip (myself and daughters) and didn’t like the fact that the house is on a main street and was pretty exposed with the front door and window open, especially at night. Other than that, we very happy with our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful overall experience which we will definitely go back for! We do have a few minor suggestions. The Wi-Fi speed could be improved. Our bedroom TV lost connection to the network so we weren't able to watch anything our last night, and we didn't know how to go about reconnecting. Our TV remote did run out of battery and we had to buy that ourselves. It would be nice to have a covered spot for our car. Lastly, we couldn't find trash bags that fit the kitchen bins; they were either way to big or too small.

Casa Costa - love the house, be aware of the highway right there

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore! The staff was amazing and actually called me when this property came into the rental pool, because our previous Cin Shore rental owner cancelled our rez on Airbnb. We were ecstatic to get away and booked sight unseen because it was not even on the Cin Shore website yet. The house was perfect, really everything about it except that it was right by Hwy 361 and overlooked a parking lot. Even though the location was not really ideal, we still had a great time in Port A. The golf cart rental was an absolute must for this property, since it's pretty far from the beach access. We'll defintely stay at Cin Shore again, but likely will stay at another home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely wonderful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking delicious meals. Extra touches like dish soap, trash bags, paper towels in addition to what CS provides were great! The house is wonderfully sound proofed which was so nice when you have a baby and a toddler sharing a wall with their bedrooms. They wouldn't wake each other up and we didn't have to tip toe around the house after kids were asleep. The location was great for our family on a quiet street with no construction close by. We reached out to management to take care of a big ant problem all up the sidewalk and entrance of the house (kids got tons of bites) but no one ever came to take care of it as promised which was disappointing but not the homeowners fault and typical of our experience with CS. We love cinnamon shore and will continue to come back again and again but do hope management and service can step up their game as half the people are lovely and the other half seem annoyed anytime you ask for something :)

We were close to Port Aransas-shops, restaurants, groceries and liquor. The amenities were very nice. Spent most of the time at the main pool area. Also the Pizza place at the North community was top notch. Overall fantastic stay. Would recommend the area to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crazy beach destinations.

The beds in good shape. It was a bit far from the beach and pool for the elderly in our group and the stairs were quite difficult but that was on us. We knew it was a 2nd story spot. Our chairs were not set up to to a high tide but they did refund our money though I had to insist on it since tides are easier to predict than weather. All in all I would stay here again.
