Bay Tree Condominiums, Unit D2, where comfort meets convenience and relaxation awaits you. This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. This charming condo offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay with an open floor plan and a large balcony overlooking views overlooking the ship channel and the private fishing pier and boat slips. The living area features a comfortable seating arrangement, including a cozy couch and chairs, where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV. The condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Prepare your favorite snacks or light meals at your convenience.

Third-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 2 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot for us and to be able to fish on the dock right outside your door was amazing! We were minutes from the beach, restaurants, bait stores and our golf cart was waiting for us when we got there for our early check-in. Thank you - we will be back!

Great location and quiet area / place! The room was clean overall but had a distinct musty /old smoke smell which we were able to air out a bit. We enjoyed fishing on the pier but the water was turned off at the fish cleaning table or anywhere along the docks which was inconvenient. Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend, just know that there may be a few minor details lacking.

Relaxing get a way

The condo was quiet and relaxing. The deck had a great view of the water. Each night we watched the dolphins while the sun was setting. The pool was amazing clean and refreshing. Only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Would recommend this place to any who wants to get away for the weekend.
