As you walk into the open concept living area your eyes catch the breath-taking view of the Gulf of America. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the balcony highchairs. The living area has sitting to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. In this beautifully decorated living space, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa, wall mounted 55 flat screen Neo QLED TV with sound bar and Blu-ray/DVD player. You can enjoy music by plugging in your MP3 player into the stereo system. You can also enjoy the view from the dining area. The kitchen is updated with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances which includes an extra-large refrigerator, newly installed electric double oven range with convention features, and a new dishwasher with autosense. This well-equipped kitchen includes everything from a pancake griddle to a martini shaker.
For your comfort, the master bedroom includes an upgraded king size pillow top mattress, wall mounted 48 flat screen LED/HDTV, DVD player, and an on-suite master shower with river rock floor that massages your feet as you shower, quartz counter, and a vessel sink. The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen and twin bed, wall mounted 40 flat screen LCD/HDTV, and DVD player. The guest bath also has an identical walk-in shower and quartz countertop. To enhance restful sleep, the bedroom window coverings include 4 plantation shutters and black-out drapery. For that extra coolness, ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedrooms. Spend less time waiting on the elevator and more time enjoying the view from this 4th floor unit. No long-term rentals.

Wonderful condo...

The condo was immaculate - it looked brand new. We found the complex atmosphere very quiet, relaxing and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Definitely recommend it and would consider staying there again. As for restaurants - enjoyed seafood at Doc's (wonderful bacon-wrapped shrimp) and Harrison's Landing. Both places served really good food and have great views...

Beautiful Condo Great Location

Beautiful perfect place to stay. Clean through out. Comfortable beds. Great layout. 4 stars instead of 5, only because 1. Construction on the property was not disclosed in the VRBO listing., a little stinky and loud in the hallway- would have been happy to overlook if it had been disclosed in the VRBO listing. Also dishwasher was broken, no remotes for the smart TVs, thank you for getting Spectrum out to fix the internet so quickly. Beautiful Property. I highly recommend and would rent again.

Beautify modernized condo with expansive views inside and out. A drive to restaurants, but with awesome kitchen you don't need restaurants. Staff amazing

Great location

Great location and beautiful property. My only complaint is that the AC was uneven. The living room would cool rapidly, but there was hardly any circulation in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were kind of muggy. And there is no pantry space. Otherwise the stay was fantastic.

Beautiful Beach Get-Away

The condo is large! More than enough space for a family of 5. We were able to check in at 12 versus 4 pm. Plenty of beach and pool towels available. No need to pack towels. You may rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $35 a day or use properties free white lounge chairs. The condo has an unbelievable beach view! Super clean. Has every appliance you could need. Great rental!

Great location, great apartment.

Ideally located apartment with unique view on the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The apartment was very clean, beds are comfortable and there is plenty of cutlery and utensils in the kitchen. We had a great stay. Friendly personnel. Quiet at night. Easy access to the beach. A perfect place to get away for a couple of days!

Wonderful Gulf views and Condo

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautifully furnished with a great view of the ocean. You are able to use the properties beach chairs located on the beach and the walk from the condo to the beach was short. We will definitely be back!
