Seagull Condominiums unit 1106L is an eleventh floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and carpet flooring. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your special catch from the Port Aransas fishing adventures. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the living room or private tiled balcony. All floors are tiled except for the bedroom. This Condo sleeps 4.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Cozy condo with great views from 11th floor

The views were the best part of the stay. My only concern was the owner originally cancelled my reservation just 3 days before my trip and nothing similar was available to exchange. Thankfully, I was able to rebook it without any problem.

Somewhat disappointed in furnishings and condition of property. Higher expectations based on previous stays at adjacent property in comparable unit. Would return, but only if adjacent property had no space as was the case this time.

Wonderful views - small complaints

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved almost everything about the condo - the view, the living area, the kitchen. My complaints are with the quality of pillows and towels, especially the pillows. There was no variety for sleeping - they were all hard. The front desk staff was nice enough to find a softer pillow for me, but after 2 days. The towels were also very rough and small, compared to an average bath towel. If I came back, I would bring my own towels and pillows. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Very quiet & relaxing

The condos are very well maintained and had a great pool and hot tub area. The property's beach access boardwalk had sustained some storm damage prior to our visit, so some care should be taken going down the steps (I personally did not see a wheelchair access to the beach, so check with the management). The property was very quiet and the view from the unit was fantastic (we were on the top floor in 1106 - mosquitoes didn't not make it up that high). The front desk staff was very helpful and always there. The unit did look just like the photos and was very clean, however the photos showed two bedrooms but we paid for the one bedroom/one bathroom price, as that was how it was promoted. Overall a wonderful experience for us.

A Perfect Gem

It was perfect! Slightly outside of Port A (downtown), the traffic on the beach was much less than a friend’a beach in Port A. Condo staff provided and set up FREE cabana and chairs... soft sand. As someone who has spent a lot of time on the white sands in AL, I was pleasantly surprised by the beach. On to the condo... It’s on the 11th and top floor. Views are stunning. Inside looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen has everything one needs for cooking and storing left overs. We walked away wondering what’s a place like this would sell for... A great stay! Even better memories. If I had anything negative, it would be that the condo is the first one next to elevator. I thought it was a blessing given that I was toting stuff for my 6yr old and myself... some may be put off by the slight foot traffic if trying to nap in one of the bed rooms. A very small price to pay for staying in this gem, IMO.
