Sea Gull Condominiums unit 802 is an eighth floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front vacation rental located on Mustang Island. Each bedroom has a bay view and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed, a 5" flat screen TV and blue ray player. The Master bathroom has a rain shower and body jets. The guest bedroom has two full size pillow top beds, a 42" flat screen TV and blue ray player. The guest bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The living room is furnished with a 65" flat screen TV and blue ray player, built in office work area, swivel rocker recliners and a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and back splash, over / under counter lighting, a center island with counter height bar chairs. Enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or private balcony. Slide open the 6' and or 9' Hawaiian hurricane balcony doors to hear the Gulf roar and smell the sea breeze. Wood grain ceramic tiled floors and granite counter tops throughout, slate in shower areas with handicap bars, ceiling fans in every room, high speed wireless internet and dehumidifier for added comfort.

Very Disappointed! Stay at the Sand Piper instead

We’ve been coming here for 15 years and we come because of the convenience of the beach and the views of the beach AND the use of their canopies, loungers and staff. This is the first time I will say, I wish we would have stayed at Sand Piper or Mustang Towers. The first day we were there when 8 AM hit we asked about the canopies and loungers, we had so many different stories through out the day. It was raining and the tide was high in the morning which is what management said, but also the kids that were suppose to set up had not even arrived yet, according to the front office staff. When it looked to clear up at noon I asked one of the teen staff members if they were going to be able to set up now that it’s clearing and without eye contact he yelled “No!” At 1 PM it was beautiful, the tide had gone down and the rain cleared, other establishments had their canopies and loungers out but ours did not. I asked a staff member at 2:30 and he told me he’s off the clock and management said she didn’t want to mess with it. Day 2 we asked maintenance as they came down around 8:30 AM as it was already beautiful and it wasn’t until 11 because so many unhappy guest again pointed out other establishments were doing it for their guest they began to set them out. One of the reasons we like to come here is for convenience of us not having to bring our own. We will be going somewhere else in the future!

If You Got the Funds, You Can Stay a While

The condo was impressive right from the get go. While my brother and I were only there for 2 nights, it became clear that one could spend weeks here if money was no object. We were particularly impressed with the # of pots and pans, as well as the luxury shower and the large screen tv. It seems like it would be an apt place in the summer to have a small family reunion or a beach vacation with friends. The lodgings met every need that came up for the two of us and, on top of it all, it had an impressive visual flair to boot. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful place with amazing views

Gorgeous place, with amazing views. Place wasn't quite ready at check in time but a short 30 minutes later we were in and enjoying those amazing views. Rooms and furniture are comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful experience. The location and pool were huge hits with our 4 and 8 year olds. The condo is very well taken care of and had everything we needed. We will be back again! Only feedback beyond the unit would be for the beachfront. It wasn’t very clean and maintained as there was seaweed and jellyfish everywhere. When the wind died down there were a ton of gnats out which forced most guests to the pool. We spent the majority of our beach time at Whitecap and our pool time at the resort.

Beautiful Oceanfront

Loved the retractable sliding glass doors in the great room! The ocean breezes and sound of the waves were wonderful! The reclining chairs with this view was worth the trip! No neighbors to look at either!! Perfect!

Gorgeous condo with an exceptional view

You can tell this property is loved by the owners. No expense spared! The granite, appliances and furniture were all excellent. Brought two small issues up to the property managers and hopefully that will be taken care of.

Great Quick Getaway!

This property was perfect for my sister and I to bring our kids to the beach for a quick getaway. Easy access to the beach and a stunning view from the balcony for us to relax after the kids went to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make all our meals - only wish they had a working ice maker. We had a blast and the property was perfect!
