Sea Gull Condominiums unit 910 is a ninth floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental located on Mustang Island. This unit has recently been updated and is furnished with luxurious bedroom ensembles and beautiful high end furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached private bathroom, and separate private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds as well as a full size bed, both of these bedrooms have a private adjoining patio that overlooks the Corpus Bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any Port Aransas fishing adventure. You can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or private patio. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs. Tiling flooring throughout. This Condo sleeps 8.

Fantastic Spring Break

One of our favorite condos yet in Port A. Lots of space, updated decor, clean, luxury bedding, comfy beds and a washer/dryer — all with killer views. I do wish the property would invest in and update their pool but completely satisfied otherwise!

Nice condo right on the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and nicely appointed. The pictures are accurate and it was very clean. Had a few minor issues but the staff was super helpful and got things fixed right away.

Horrible, horrible experience

My daughter and her family traveled from Cleveland, OH for a beach vacation (they had been traveling since 0430 that day) . Upon arriving to the unit, at approximately 1930) the air conditioning was not working (heat was blowing out) and the thermostat read 95 degrees, which was unbearable on the 9th floor. We were told to open all the sliding doors to "cool down the unit." This was extremely stressful for my daughter and son-in-law, having 2 toddlers to run after fearing they would fall from the 9th floor. After being in the condo for several hours cooling to only 89 degrees we were left with no option but to leave and request another room at the resort. Unfortunately, the resort did not have any clean rooms available and we had to accept a partially dirty room because we had no where else to go at almost midnight. Not only was the room partially clean it was a huge downgrade from what we had paid for and booked. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, I am very disappointed. Be assured I will tell my fellow co-workers; physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and active duty soldiers to avoid your establishment. The credit given for 1 night did not make up for a horrible experience.

Awesome Getaway - Retreat

Our overall stay was amazing. The condo looked exactly as the online booking (ocean front and easy access to the beach). Check-in was a little bumpy, because our condo was not ready even after we confirmed. We had to wait over 1.5 hours passed 4:00 p.m. check-in; however, they did authorize an hour later check-out and provided koozies for everyone. Can't wait for another ladies retreat in the near future!

Wonderful Beach Weekend

The condo was immaculate and very well appointed......lots of kitchen utensils, board games, balcony seating, and beach toys. The property is located right on the beach, which makes for a quick and easy walk to the water. And if you arrive early enough, you can have free use of the 10’ x 10’ sun shades and lounge chairs set up on the water’s edge. There is also a beautiful pool and hot tub on site. Everything g you could want for a great getaway!

Last minute trip

We had a great time! Overall the condo was very clean and well equipped. Just a couple of minor thing: There was a huge storm one of the nights we were there and had wind coming in through the pool side sliding doors. But we understand that one could not have know this until a really big storm hit. The other thing, all the cute colorful pillows were gone 😕. And all the nice bedding was replace with very plain generic cheap motel brown and white blankets, and the pillow quality was not good. But as I said these are very minor things. Over all it’s a good condo, we have stayed at the Seagull and Sandpiper many times, have never had a bad unit. The grounds are well kept- the pool and hot tub are nice, boardwalk so easy to get to the beach, and the guys down at the beach were very helpful. They will set up your tent and bring you the chairs and put it all up for you. Fun last minute trip to Port A!
