The first floor casita has 1 queen bedroom with flat screen TV, 1 bath with granite counter tops, ADA compliant shower, living area with flat screen TV/DVD, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a built-in banquette. The living area has a desk space that can be used for remote working and the desk folds down into another queen sized Murphy Bed if additional beds are needed. A large covered patio with ocean views is accessible from the suite. The living area and bedroom have smart flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and silverware.

The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include heated pool, large hot tub, and a small park area. You are in town, so you can drive by golf cart. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only. Sea the View is located in-town, faces the beach, is adjacent to the neighborhood’s beach walk, and overlooks the heart of SandFest. Sea the View is conveniently located within 5 minutes of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, the City of Port Aransas Marina, the ferry landing, and La Palmilla Golf Course.

Perfect for a small family. The location could not be better. It really is a short walk to the beach. The host was helpful and responsive and we cannot wait to stay again. We also enjoyed Lelo's for burgers and Tortugas or Fins for seafood.

Thanksgiving family gathering

Proprietor was fabulous. We were in downstairs rental and an unknown party was above us. Loud music and banging around each evening from 10pm to up to 1am. Proprietor talked to them with limited success but bit better on our second to last night. Would no always request upper level due to unknown behaviors of other guest above . Little and disruoted sleep.

Bright apartment right on the beach path!

We enjoyed our stay at Seas the View, which has loads of natural light and has one of the best locations for easy beach access. We loved the outdoor seating where we could enjoy the sunrise/sunset and sound of the waves with a sea breeze. Very comfortable bed - we slept well. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helped us get the hang of the hurricane latch doors which were new to us! Will be booking again in future.

Our Port A Stay

Property was very clean and fully stocked as listed. Overall our stay was good. There were a couple of issues at check-in but they were resolved quickly. The location is very close to the water and a nice boardwalk leading to the beach. The bed is not the best. It is a memory foam and I'm sure high end but very uncomfortable. Very hard under foam. The shower is a little abstract. It is ADA equipped but not very user friendly. Living room furniture is also high quality but not very comfortable. One chair recliner that does not work and a love seat. This is an honest review. It could be improved with a few tweaks addressing over-all comfort for guests. If someone is staying in the connecting big house bring your earplugs because you can hear ever move made and it is very loud. The walk path to beach is community so a lot of traffic not much privacy. Security cameras are throughout the property which is fine. But it feels like big brother is always watching. Very nice place but probably will not be staying here in the future.

Wonderful Apartment

Great Location! Very short walk to the beach. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a big patio with outside dining. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I hope to be back soon!
