Living Area

Settle into a delightful living area, detailed with a sleeper sofa, love seat, occasional chair, and charming decor. Floor to ceiling bay windows and glass door to the balcony create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with matching stainless appliances: a smooth top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. All the cookware needed to whip up breakfast, lunch, or your catch of the day for dinner. Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 206 condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed in the living area. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if you'd prefer. Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air from the private balcony, furnished with seating for four. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
