Orange Seahorse KD682 is a very spacious home in the heart of Port Aransas. You'll enjoy the updates just made to this already great home! This home offers 2 primary suites, and has been professionally decorated! The ground floor of the home offers the first living area, a large bedroom, with a king size bed, and a full bath. Up the stairs you will find the second living area, open kitchen with a large pantry and dining area, three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first upstairs bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, the second upstairs bedroom two sets of bunkbeds each with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top and the third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. This home is pet friendly and has a fenced yard along with a doggie door. Enjoy the coastal views from the new Widow's Walk on top of the house; often used as an observation deck for enjoying panoramic views. It is about a half mile to the beach and offers wonderful ocean breezes from the various outdoor spaces this property offers. This is the perfect home to bring the whole family!

Multi-family vacation

This property worked great for our 3 families.....1 couple, family of 3 (toddler) and family of 4 (2 kids, 8 & 11). Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, layout and space to hang-out together.Our only issue was the outside trash cans were already full upon our arrival making it hard for us to dispose of our trash.

Family Vacation 2024

We take our children and their children for a family vacation q year. There was plenty of room for everyone, it’s close to the Beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. We were definitely not disappointed. Our only issue was the backyard was full of Fire ants, nothing a trip to Ace Hardware couldn’t fix! We will definitely stay again

Quick Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay! Short trip to Port A but it was so worth it. This place had everything we needed and it’s the perfect location. The bottom bedroom was a little bit hot, but the upstairs was nice and cool. Really enjoyed the top deck and the yard was perfect for our dogs. Second time we rented this house and will do it again.

Annual Port A Family Trip

The property was just as described in the listing. Lots of space for our group of 8. Clean and very close to the beach. We enjoyed our time at the beach and in the evenings when we all shared food, drinks and games. Overall I would stay at this property again.

Clean house, pet friendly and good location

The house was clean, pet friendly and check in and out was easy. The layout of the rooms and space allows for privacy when needed, but also had a great front room and dining situation for families to spend time together. One of the garages was available to store your beach equipment and the extra fridge was a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice house - enjoyed our visit

The photos make the house look a bit nicer than it is. Nothing dramatic, but the carpet on the stairs had a lot of stains, and the backyard is weeds and stickers - so it wasn't useable at all for our dog. The front door glass doesn't have blinds, so that felt odd at night. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of space to cook / eat / hang out in the upstairs living area.

Comfortable, great location, no grill or outdoor shower

The property management did a nice job of addressing concerns that I had based on previous reviews. The house was comfortable for two families, and the location is great. It was nice to have the garage space to park both of the golf carts we rented, and the washer & dryer were great for washing towels and swim suits. Things that would make this property perfect: a grill outside (we had to bring our own), an outdoor shower (had to use the water hose in the driveway), a remote or keypad entry for the garage door opener (had to go through the house to open the garage door), and a broom. It would also be nice to have a space to hang wet swim suits and towels outside or downstairs instead of having to hang them in the bathrooms. The staircase up to the widow's walk made us nervous (no center support, worried a small child could fall through), but we enjoyed being up there in the evenings.

Good but could be better

We arrived July 4th and noticed the electricity in the downstairs master bedroom did not work. Call management and was told they would need to send out an electrician and due to holiday it would not be today. Only one AC for 2 story house, downstairs never cooled off. Yard had not been mowed and was full of stickers (not good for dogs). No broom in the house so no way to sweep up the sand. The kitchen was well stocked. NO WiFi or Phone Service at all inside of the house. I called and spoke to the maint man and he said he wouls have to send out a tech to check the problem.....never heard another word about it.
