LIVING AREAS

Stylish wood floors and awesome views of the water await in an open main living area. Comfy chairs and cloud-white sofas seat nine, and a 50” wall-mounted TV is perfect for group movie nights!

A ping-pong table provides hours of group fun in the downstairs game room. Steps away, a second living area features cushioned sofas and a 36” wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, and there’s room for three to chat at the breakfast bar.

When it’s time to eat, gather at a large wooden dining table with eight wicker chairs.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The house sleeps up to 12 guests between the five bedrooms.

On the second floor, a master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, 36' flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the entry level, a snug second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nearby, a third guest room has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a large walk-in closet, and 32' flat-screen TV.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The fourth bedroom comes with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the tastefully appointed fifth guest room, there's a king bed, 32” wall-mounted TV, and a chic en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

An entry-level guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. There’s parking space for four in the driveway and one in the garage, and additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests also have shared access to a year-round unheated pool, just 0.3 miles from the house.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Gather for drinks on a sprawling back deck with direct views over the canal. There’s plenty of chairs as well as a children’s picnic table - a great space to gather for casual outdoor dining.

A separate patio underneath the home has plenty of seating and leads to a deck area with a boat lift.

THE LOCATION

This canal-side home offers a wonderfully tranquil setting just minutes from restaurants, beaches, fishing, and historic sights.

Drive 2.8 miles to lounge on the shores of Rockport Beach. Feel like a day on the gulf? Arrange fishing trips at Fly Fish Rockport (1.1 mile away).

The Texas Maritime Museum (2.6 miles away) will take through the nautical history of the Lone Star State with a range of exhibits dedicated to everything from oil drilling to pirates. While just over 1 mile away, you can take tours of the 19th-century Fulton Mansion State Historic Site.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
