There was a welcome basket full of snacks. My daughters enjoyed it! The house was very clean and we felt very safe there. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed being able to access the kayaks also. This house was beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Everything was very nice. The setup up of pool and pier where amazing. House was very nice and had everthing you needed. The two problems we encoutered are the grass was tall was not cut alot of bugs in pool every day, and was not able to watch tv all weekend because WIFI was not working . No TV at pool or inside. Owner tried to get WIFI working but suggest that i call provider but was a hassel and i was there to enjoy my vacation. The WIFi should have been checked and working before we arrived and grass cut. The other problem was i was supprised by the softs spots in house in the floor . Other then that house was great and i relaxed and fished all weekend.

Beautiful Space

We had the best time! The property is the perfect getaway for our group of friends. Beautiful, private, no cares in the world for the short time we were there. We used the crab traps on the private doc and were able to have a fresh crab dinner during our stay. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the mattresses, they are a bit hard and lumpy in the center. And maybe a bathroom downstairs as the going up and down frequently for 50 can wear you out. (: Overall, 5 stars from us. Thank you again for sharing your space!

Fantastic Property

Lovely house and property. They've thought of the extras and communication with the host was fast, friendly, and thorough each time. We loved the outdoor TV, the dock, and the heated pool. We had a great time and really appreciated the recommendations for places to eat provided by the host. We would definitely stay again

Bday fish trip

House is great! Host was excellent to communicate with as well. Only complaint was we had a few old water bottles from prior guests on the floor in the master & bedding in master had a strange smell, not a clean smell. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Relaxing Trip

We'd visited Rockport in the summer, but never in the winter. The owner was very responsive throughout our trip, from booking to check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots, and utensils. We weren't sure if the heated pool would be worth it, but it definitely was! My family and I enjoyed watching the football games while relaxing in the pool. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Girl Cousins Rockport Trip

We had a fantastic time in Rockport. Sunshine Retreat was the perfect place to spend quality time with my girl cousins. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing view of the water.
