Each unit has a wraparound deck, beautiful views of the Gulf and rock jetties, and a private pool offering seclusion in a fully fenced yard surrounded by palm trees. Enjoy the shade around covered picnic tables beneath the home. Fire up the gas or charcoal grills and have an afternoon cookout. Stretch out on the shores of IB Magee Beach Park or cast a line off Horace Caldwell fishing pier -- both just steps from your door. Enjoy a convenient location that puts you close to local restaurants, downtown boutiques, pristine golf courses, and sprawling nature preserves.

Both units have a large open living space with cool tiled floors and plenty of space to unwind. Situated on the second floor, Unit B boasts a bright living area with a comfy sectional, a full-size futon, and a flat-screen TV. Located on the third floor, Unit A offers a plush sectional, a full-size futon, and a large wall-mounted TV made for movie nights. Whip up home-cooked meals for your whole group. Each unit has a contemporary kitchen, outfitted with a full range of appliances and a casual breakfast bar. The dining areas are perfect for sharing meals and conversation.

This duplex offers four light-filled bedrooms, with two bedrooms in each unit. Unit A and B both have a plush main bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A guest bedroom in each unit comes with a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has its own balcony that offers views into town. Each unit also features a convenient guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large vanity area.

Guest amenities include complimentary high-speed WiFi and driveway parking. Unit A has a private washer/dryer, and both units share a laundry room on the ground floor.

Things to know
The Dunes Condominium is located directly east behind the house. It is currently being remodeled due to damage from Hurricane Harvey.
The elevator on the property is not available to guests due to insurance and state regulatory restrictions.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
