Nestled on the back row of the colorful Village Walk neighborhood, a gated community in the heart of the island on 11th, this three-story home is the perfect destination for your next couples retreat or family getaway. Get to all that Port Aransas has to offer in minutes the beach, downtown, you name it! This welcoming home makes it easy and comfortable to work from home during the day, and beach it during the afternoons and weekends!
Thoughtfully furnished, outfitted, and decorated, this home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12 people, offering all the comforts of home with the amazing Gulf views to boot.
First Floor:
On the floor, you will find an apartment complete with two queen beds, a bistro table perfect for the quick work connection or snack, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and mini-refrigerator), full bath with a walk-in shower, and a pack-in-play for the littles. Just outside the back doors of the apartment sits the pool for your afternoon dip!
The right garage bay is set up as a game room with enough games to entertain the whole family: corn hole, jumbo Connect4, jumbo Jenga, darts, and a TV so you don't have to miss that game. Barstools and a ledge for your cold one will come in handy when you aim for the bullseye. You will also find bins of beach toys and plenty of room to store your fishing and beach gear.
The backyard invites those who are looking for a private getaway or fun with the family with a private pool, an outdoor shower to help you rinse off after returning from the beach charcoal grill.
Second Floor:
Leave your worries back home as you rest in any of the 3 bedrooms, or 2 full baths hosted on the second floor. All bedrooms offer smart TVs, USB outlets, sound machines, ceiling fans, luggage racks and ample storage for your entire stay. A washer and dryer is tucked away in the hall on the second floor.
Enjoy the private balcony and oversized walk-in shower in the master suite.
The kids will find the bunkroom fun with toys to help pass the time. There is also a pack-in-play available in the closet for additional sleeping accommodations.
All bathrooms come equipped with a blow dryer and stepstool for the littles.
Third Floor:
The third floor hosts a large living area with windows inviting the sun in from all angles. Enjoy the light and breezy coastal decor while brewing your morning coffee or playing your favorite game with the family at the dining room table, comfortably seating 8 with 4 additional bar stools plus a high chair for the littlest of family members.
There is plenty to keep the whole family entertained: a living room smart TV with a soundbar, a cabinet full of family-friendly board and card games, a chef's kitchen to whip up your favorite dish, and a private balcony to take in the ocean sounds. You will also find extra HDMI cables to accommodate your electronics or gaming consoles.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked to accommodate almost any need: Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (single-serve or carafe), utensils including wine and bottle openers, pots/pans, bakeware, serving ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kid-friendly dishware, and so much more.
Rooftop:
This is the best place to take it all in, views from sunrise to sunset, this is the spot to stay, relax, and repeat with your favorite beverage in hand.
*An elevator is available in this home with access to each floor, making this beach rental perfect for elderly or handicapped family members. A request for elevator access is required at the time of booking.

Girls Getaway

When we arrived the elevator was not working. Six 80 year old ladies had to hork their luggage and belongings up 3 floors. I called maintenance immediately and they came but we were all unloaded already. We could not find the 4th bedroom because we had no access to the lower level. Thanks to a maintenance man we got in to the lower level and got settled in. Everything was great except the elevator. Had to call maintenance a second time to get it to work. Clearer instructions on operating the elevator are clearly required. Other than that, all was good and we had a good time. Too windy to be outside.

If you have allergies, stay away

I am giving this property an overall two-star review because the management company did follow through and arranged for us to be moved to a different house. However, it is clear that they are fully aware of the ongoing mold issues in the original home. There was mold present everywhere—on the AC vents, in the laundry room (where a cooler was completely covered in mold), and it appeared as though they had painted over the mold in an attempt to cover it up. I understand that the coast has high humidity, but this level of mold growth is unacceptable. In my opinion, they should not be renting out this property until these issues are fully addressed. That said, I will give the property management company five stars for their quick action in relocating us after they investigated the situation. Every room had DampRid buckets, which suggests they are aware of the ongoing problem. While the management team was responsive, the condition of the house is concerning."

Very clean. Had everything we needed. A few of the pans need to be replaced. The fan in the middle bedroom on 2nd floor needs to be replaced because it makes a lot of noise when its o. Other than those things it was fantastic. Thank you! We had a great time!!nn

Property Management was excellent. Having the elevator was really convenient. Location was good. Layout of home was nice. Enjoyed having all the games in the garage. Pool was awesome to have, but a little small. Not enough parking. AC on 3rd floor wasn't super cool but it was tolerable. Pool was being cleaned while we were checking in--good that it was being cleaned but would have been nice if that was done before we arrived. Definitely was not as clean as I expected. Example: Cheerios under the table in the living room, peanut on the floor at the refrigerator, empty kitchen cabinets had food residue. Overall it was a nice stay.

Enjoyable stay but problems needed attention. Ice maker did not work, ceiling fan did not work, rugs were full of sand. Rugs themselves were were too lightweight and people were constantly tripping. Evening sun blinded people. Blinds or curtains on west side of house would help.

Rating 3 Star Review Title Nice residence - Poor cleaning & maintenance Your Comments VW64 SeaEsta was a good property, but Life in Paradise (LIP) failed to provide the expected maintenance and services a property owner should be facilitated for the fee being collected by LIP. 6/3/23 arrival – 410p. Check in at 107 Cut Off at LIP HQ. All is good per desk. Get to VW64. 68F on the AC which I turned to 74F as listed in the instructions. The 1st floor elevator door handle falls off upon first touch, the ground bedroom refrigerator is frozen and dripping water & living room door swings open if not locked. 438p I call to report the problems and get golf cart key. Now I have a form they said was good when I checked in, but I had to fill it out again. 6p I call again on timing of issues being addressed. Gave permission to access if we are not present. Gave my cell # to communicate. Crickets. 6/4/23 – 835a. Discover handwritten note on 1st floor door dated 6/3/23 at 1059pm saying it is too late and did not want to knock. Call 6/4/23 if I still want service. I call 840a and tech comes out. Changes two door handles out (15 minute trip to Ace was 2 hours). Golf cart dies at 2020 11th street Commons and new cart is brought to me as I eat cold Whataburger. Tech pulls refrig ou

We rented the same unit one year earlier and we were very much looking forward to returning for a one week stay. Upon arrival we learned the 1st floor A/C was out. We left a message with Prop. Mgr. but it was the following day before someone responded. The A/C was in fact out and a portable unit was brought in; however it was not sufficient to adequately cool the space and the portable unit blew the breaker at 1AM the next night. The floors had clearly not been mopped in some time. Really, really dirty. I never mind paying a cleaning fee, but I do expect to find a rental of this caliber to be clean upon arrival. The unit has a mildew problem in a few of the rooms. Some (at the beach) I guess is understandable, but this year we saw visible black mildew growing in thresholds of doors and in bathrooms.

Fantastic property--clean, temp and humidity levels were perfect inside the house even though it was humid and hot outside. elevator use helped alot! Wonderful stay and will stay here again! Easy check in and easy addition of a second golf cart!

Great space for family but needs some work.

Pros: We had plenty space for our 4 adults and 5 children under 10. *The kids loved jt and were entertained by the toys provided and space to play. * It was clean and a beautiful space. *The location was right in town, close to the beach and town attractions. *it was nice having our own private pool *really nice having the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before going inside. *kitchen was stocked with all kitchen tools you could need. *kcup and regular brew coffee maker available in upstairs kitchen. *appreciated having the small kitchenette and coffee space available on the first floor. *loved the rooftop patio and balcony spaces Cons: Our biggest issue was the space on the bottom floor. It is not connected to the rest of the house ac unit and had it’s only a/c in the bedroom suite and a separate one in the garage where all the big game activities are. The room smelled horribly of mildew/mold and all of our belongings came home with this smell and everything required washing. We had migraines after the first night and major allergy issues that we believe were connected to the mold in the air of the room. There are humidity boxes in the room that were full by the time we left, so it appears they are aware of the issue and trying to do something to help with it, but it’s not enough. Because the game room is in that space we either had to open up the garage for some airflow, which made it too hot in there for the kids to play, or the room was too stuffy and we were afraid tk have the kids in the moldy room without the air flow(the ac was moderately able to cool the space) so we didn’t use the game room. Unfortunately we didn’t have room to move to another bedroom, so we toughed it out in that space. *Additionally the sheets are all super rough and feel like sandpaper from the bleaching when washed. Even the small kids complained about how uncomfortable they were, so bring your own sheets. *the golf cart was provided for free the first 24 hours. Unfortunately the one provided was old and the brakes did not work, and was very difficult to steer. We attempted to take it out one time but did not feel safe on the road with it so we parked it and it was not used. I had agreed to pay $10 for gas up front instead of filling it up myself, but there was no gas used as it wasn’t safe to drive. Overall we enjoyed our time in the space.

Amazing Beach House

The house layout is outstanding for a large family. Downstairs room is separate space for older kids with direct access to the pool. Overall comfortable, warm and inviting space. The elevator helped my handicapped mom feel less of a burden and part of the family. Highly recommended!

Pros: Pretty, clean house with great views; good location, management was prompt with requests for bedding and towels, swimming pool was very nice, elevator was great for the Seniors in our group, outdoor chairs are very comfortable, pretty decor, well equipted kitchen, outdoor grill was nice, good washer & dryer Cons: Houses VERY close to each other, bright outdoor lighting prohibited dark rooms at night, no closet in the Master bedroom & 2 dresser drawers would not stay shut, small rugs at the entrance doors were slippery/dangerous, shaky railing around rooftop deck was not safe, extra kitchen towels would be helpful. The pros & cons are intended to be helpful. Overall: WONDERFUL!
