This first-floor unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps six. Red Spanish ceramic tiles keep the floor cool no matter the weather. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters has all the appliances, utensils, and dishes you need to enjoy your stay, worry-free. A round table with four chairs makes for cozy meals or is great for a game of cards. The living room is maximized for your vacation comfort! The couch includes a chaise lounge and plenty of overstuffed pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Or spread out in the two additional armchairs. To enjoy the sea breeze and ocean sounds, simply step out onto the private patio with lounge chairs. The dunes are just across the lawn, walk across the boardwalk to see and play in the Gulf. The master bedroom (BR1) has two full-sized beds with plenty of pillows and welcoming green- and blue-striped bedding. There is a door directly to the patio. Enjoy the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. The attached full bathroom has a walk-in shower to clean up after a day at the beach. The second bedroom (BR2) has a king-sized bed and a wicker chair to spread out. The bay window looks out to the dunes from the bed, and of course, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen. Choose between “sea” and “sand” among the voluptuous pillows. The second full bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There is a cabinet nearby for convenience. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the beach and 2 Shared Community Pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Our stay was wonderful.

Our condo was clean and nice, with the back door leading directly to the boardwalk to the beach. Everything was perfect, and hte kids never had so much fun!

Great stay

We really liked the location of this property. It’s just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Only a few minutes from all the stores in town. Had a pool and play area for kids when the waves are too choppy. Will definitely stay again.

Great gal trip

We had a great gal trip at a neat updated and clean 1st floor condo. Wish we had booked an entire week instead! Close to beach, pool, tennis courts, play ground and picnic area. Super comfy beds and living area. I would stay here again. Very nice condo!

A fabulous place to stay!!

The condo was well equipped, and in a great location. My boys loved the basketball court and playground. We utilized the barbecue pergolas and had a great time. The walk to the beach was easy and so convenient. We loved being on the ground level so that the kids could walk right out the back door and play in the grass. Definitely recommend this place!

Loved that the property was so close to the beach. We had all the items we needed during our stay. The only issues were the low water pressure in the kitchen and hall bath and food left in the microwave. The other bath had great water pressure. Would stay again.

Nice but aged

Nice, clean and well kept first floor apt. with no ocean view. Building and structure / construction is old, needs updating or renewing. As close to the beach as you can get, Beach is short boardwalk away. Some living room furniture has stains and needs updating or replacing. Same with outdoor patio and furnishing. Nice comfortable and clean beds, bedding.and towels. Plenty toiletries. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of parking.

Just stayed a few nights. Only issues were the property management company waits to the last minute to send access information and the internet connection was out when we arrived. Maintenance had it repaired the next afternoon when we returned.
