Enjoy your stay in this remodeled, bottom-floor condo with marine life décor in every room. This property is just a few steps to the boardwalk leading over the dunes to the beach and has use of the two shared pools. The sleek kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals such as stainless-steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils, regular drip Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster and blender. Serve the meals at the dining table with seating for six and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. Gather around the living room on the couch and four accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while taking in beautiful sunrises. Get a good night's rest in the master bedroom (BR1) on the King size bed with nightstands, chest for your beach attire, closet and a bench at the foot of the bed. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a vanity and tub/shower unit. The kids will love the bunk room (BR2) equipped with two Twin over Twin bunk beds and closet. The guest room (BR3) consists of a Queen bed, dresser, closet and nightstands. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a vanity and stand-alone shower. You are a short drive (1.1 miles) to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Amenities included: TV, Wi-Fi, access to shared charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach and 2 shared community pools. Bring your family to come and play in Port A.

Absolutely Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at Island Retreat #23. The unit was beautifully decorated and well stocked (there were even coffee filters!). We are a family of 6, and fit very comfortably. The 2 sets of bunk beds in the bunk room gave us some flexibility with sleeping arrangements, which we really appreciated. The condo was recently redone, and, as of our stay, the pictures did not reflect the improvements. It made for a pleasant surprise, but it is beautiful and they really should update those pictures. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, it was nicely furnished (with lots of little storage spots), the AC unit worked well, and the appliances were great. There was even a blender! We really appreciated the well maintained grounds and the boardwalk to the beach. There was an outdoor shower/hose available for rinsing off sand which was incredibly handy! We rented a golf cart through the property manager and had a great experience. They offer delivery and pickup for a small fee which made the process seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Great location

Very clean, great use of space. Short walk and easy access to beach, nice pool and park area with basketball court. This is an older development but you wouldnt know from the inside. This unit has been completely renovated. The kitchen to living area space is a bit cramped but that wasnt a problem for us. Thank you! We will be back.
