This condo is a dune away from the water and HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED. You can still enjoy Mai Tai's at sunrise while listening to the waves roll in! There is a private boardwalk which takes you over the dune and right to the beach. Newly updated remodel after Harvey. 2ND LARGEST FLOOR PLAN IN THE COMPLEX so plenty of room. If you need to watch TV while at the beach, 3 HD TV's, DVD players, high speed internet. Tile throughout! Ceiling fans! One of the most unique condos at Coral Cay. This condo you will remember!

I cannot describe it any better other than we have decorated this condo to try to give you the feel of “Fun Fun Fun” at the Beach!

Located in Port Aransas on Mustang Island off Highway 361. PORT A is famous for deep sea fishing. There are fishing tournaments galore. Visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cleaned and cooked at local Seafood Restaurants. Everything is conveniently located within a minute or two from the condo.

We love the beaches, restaurants, lots of shopping with the small wharf fishing town atmosphere. All within close proximity to the condo.
Nature tourism is at its best on Mustang Island, which has one of the highest bird counts on the Gulf Coast. You can download birding brochures for the Port Aransas area by going to Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce web site and go to things to do!
Just 30 minutes to Corpus Christi takes you to Waves Water Park, Corpus Christi Hooks (minor league baseball), The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington (The most famous U.S. aircraft carrier).

Where ever you choose to stay in PORT ARANSAS, you are sure to have a great time. So come on down to the beach and make some lasting memories at our Whata Beach Front Condo.

My second time to stay here. Once again it was very nice. Well stocked. Office/staff and owners very responsive when we had an issue with a key. Close to food, shopping and right over the dune is the beach! Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Condo was exactly as described, clean and completely updated. The condominium community is very laid back and quiet and staff is friendly and helpful. Golf cart rental made access to everything (beach, shops, attractions) easy! First floor unit made access to/from beach an easy walk even with beach gear. First time to Port A for our family and we will be back!

We Enjoyed Every Minute

We had a hiccup and contacted the owner. Todd was extremely nice & we were able to save our vacation. Had one small issue, just sent a quick text to Todd, someone was there fixing it, in no time. They have top-notch cookware. Please use Bartender Friend (under the sink) to keep them clean. Kitchen was well stocked, i took large cookie sheets (for cookie dough, i made at home) & a cutting board, both came in handy. Just a few steps away from the board walk & the beach. Dining table was a great size for family games. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We hope to stay here again and again! The Martin Family

Wonderful location and clean rental

Rental was right over the dunes from the ocean. A short walk on the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Property was perfect for our group. It is clean and well maintained. I will be staying at Coral Cay again in the future.

Location was and the property management was exceedingly helpful. Beautiful & immaculate condo. Only complaint was that the pull-out mattresses were stained. Other than that both the condo and the beachfront location were ideal. Less than a minute walk to beach.

Whata Fun Time

I brought my daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter to this beach house at Port A. Everything about the weekend was wonderful. The cabin is close to the beach so we were able to walk across the boardwalk and leave the car in the parking lot. There is a very nice pool nearby and it is very nice to swim in late in the afternoon. There were so many restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely recommend this cabin and Port A if you are thinking about a beach vacation.

Great condo that exceeded our expectations in every way. Kitchen and bath fully stocked for our needs. Boardwalk to the beach was extremely convenient, no drive required. Communication was great. Definitely on our list of keepers.

Best mini vacay ever! Super easy access to the beach. Condo is very nice. Perfect location. Nice little local grocery store. All of our restaurant experiences were great! I have stayed at Coral Cay a few times throughthe years, this Condo did not disappoint! I loved the location of the condo, so close to the beach! The condo was very clean, updated, welcoming, kitchen was well equipped, Closet with beach toys, a few games, and books, nice touch:). I will definitely rent this Condo again!!!!The check in was great, Office staff were so nice and helpful. Trip to the clean laundry room wasNice as well! We will come again. Thank you.
