I was impressed with the size of the house, we had more then enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pool area was nice and clean upon arrival, the location of the house was great, the beach is right down the road and you are by the strip so the location was perfect.

Perfect for multi-generational family

The house was perfect for our family! The most senior members were able to sleep on the ground floor, limiting what needed to be hauled up and down stairs. The first floor was perfect for a young family of five to have two bedrooms and share a bathroom. The top floor housed a couple and a second couple with an infant, both having their own bathrooms. We could not have asked for a better pool for our young swimmers. The large step area was perfect for all of us getting in and out of the pool. We will happily return!

Great family vacation accommodation!

Lots of space for our multi generational family to spread out and enjoy. Close to the beach to walk it, but you would have to tear us away from the fantastic private pool in the backyard, which was nicely shaded half of the day. Great house and responsive property management! Would definitely stay here again!!

It is a lovely home. Definitely how it is described. Nice and close to the beach. It was very clean. It would be a 10 if we didn’t have a few issues. There was no hot water when we arrived. Called management and they came out quickly. Then the refrigerator didn’t work. Management sent out a spare. The front door knob needs to be replaced It has cut a couple hands. We paid to have pool heated. It was nice and warm when arrived. The children had a blast in it. But each day the pool got colder and colder . Called to have it fixed.

Good location for a beach Family vacation

The location was great. We had golf carts delivered to us and had enough parking for 3 trucks and 2 golf carts. The place was clean and pool was nice. Our only issue was the first floor was unusable due to a horrible mildew and mold smell. We ended up putting the folks planning to stay down there in a hotel up the street as there wasn’t enough room for 3 more to sleep upstairs comfortably. I wouldn’t plan to use the downstairs two rooms until they clean it up and get that smell out. In addition the floor in the master needs repair as it’s got a dip and broken tiles. Even with that, it was a nice house and great location. Everyone had a great time and that’s all that matters!!

Great property

This property had everything our family needed. The onsite pool was an added bonus. The beds were fine, but the pull out sofa bed was very worn. Luckily little kids were sleeping on it, not adults! The linens were very stiff from a laundry service but clean. If you have a large group, saying, I would recommend bringing additional bath towels. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely say here again!

First the ac did not work then pool heater broke and couldn’t fix it also downstairs smelled like mildew. The property manager was very responsive but the whole reason we got pool is because we wanted pool heater due to weather. We got a full refund for pool heater days. Just will not be booking here again.

Family Time

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids three and under. Overall the property was great—-close to the beach, clean, great property management, especially over a holiday weekend/week. I gave it 4 stars because the kitchen could’ve been better equipped—-there was not enough silverware or glassware for 14 people ( my in-laws stayed at a hotel but ate with us). In addition, one does not need 20 knives or plastic bowls or frying pans, but some Pyrex to store leftovers in, etc… Also I needed to buy the right kind of coffee filters and there was no tea kettle. But, overall, the property was very good and spacious and we had a fabulous time!

This place was so roomy! We had a big group come for a friendcation & there was a whole bunch of kids! It was like half a block from the beach! The house stayed so cool! It was so nice and clean! We’re definitely going to be back!

SO..THE DOWNSTAIRS AC WAS DRIPPING DOWN THE WALL AND ON TO THE FLOOR. WE CALLED MGT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND MAINT...THEN I SENT HER PICS OF THE WALL WITH THE WATER BUBBLE AND WET FLOOR SO THEY KINDA GOT AN IDEA...THANK GOODNESS MGT CALLED AND SAID "I'M GOING TO MOVE YOU..WE CAN'T WORK ON THIS WHILE YOU ARE THERE....I WAS SO GRATEFUL! EVEN THO WE HAD TO PACK UP 3 CARS..WELL VRBO STILL WANTS YOU TO PAY A $555 SERVICE FEE IN A HOUSE THAT WE WEREN'T ABLE TO STAY IN...OVER ALL NOT HAPPY WITH VRBO...HOUSE WAS NOT WORTH THE AMT...GET RID OF THE KNEE HIGH WEEDS, MILDEW ON TABLE UPSTAIRS ROOM SMELT MUSTY AND SHEETROCK WAS MUSHY IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR AWHILE...

Barefoot Dreams a keeper!

This is a perfect house for large groups, 14 in our family. The open floor plan of the main living space comfortably fit all when we gathered esp for meals. Beds were very comfortable. One issue was the bbq grill was very dirty we did not use it but would have liked to. Skillets & bakeware were very worn. Overall great house, beautifully decorated, very close to beach, nice outdoor areas, pool was clean. We had an enjoyable time & will definitely return.

My grandaughter (age 3) kept saying, " I love this house!" Great accommodations and very close to the beach which was great. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Some minor issues were promptly taken care of which was impressive. Would recommend.

Property was in great location-close to town and beach. There were a few maintenance issues with the pool and the A/C in first floor apartment. The pool’s filter system was not working right and the pool company had to come out twice to clean. The property management company was always quick to respond and very nice.
