Guests can easily access the property by car — it’s a peaceful country drive surrounded by open skies and lake views 🌾.
You’ll have plenty of space to park in the two-car carport right by the house 🚙🚙. Please note:
• No parking in the backyard 🚫
• Keep all vehicles on the gravel driveway and carport area only
• There’s additional space along the gravel road if needed for extra vehicles or a boat trailer
While most guests arrive by car, the home is conveniently located about 20 minutes from downtown Corsicana, making it easy to reach local restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The Richland Chambers Lake marina is just a short 10-minute drive away for easy boat launching and water adventures.
📸 Cameras:
We have a Ring Doorbell and driveway cameras that actively record audio and video. Inside, there is a decibel monitor that measures noise levels only (no audio/video recording). There are no cameras inside the home.

🐜 Gnats & insects: During some seasons, small gnats gather near lights by the doors. To minimize them, please keep outdoor lights off when not needed.
🌾 Wildlife: You may see spiders, wasps, fire ants, crickets, frogs, turtles, or even the occasional snake. The property is treated quarterly by local pest control, but nature is always present.
🐊 Lakeside caution: While we’ve never seen any, Texas lakes can have alligators — please stay alert near the water.
