Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat.
This property has an active front door camera at the main entrance.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
There are No pets allowed in this home.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Great location ....close to beach and wonderful restaurants! The home is very clean and plenty of room.... back deck has great views! All in all a wonderful vacation!
Within 5 minutes. Beautiful home. Would be nice to have some basics provided (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.). Quiet neighborhood. It will be nice when community pool is completed.
Beautiful home with a short walk/golf cart ride to shops and restaurants while tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy check in/out and presented as the photos suggested. Would definitely recommend to others and will consider a stay at this home in the future.
Perfect Location- We stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday. stayed 4 nights. This property was immaculate. Fully Stocked, Super Clean a beautiful home. We rented a golf cart and took a short 3-4 min ride to the beach. Plus, a canal to the gulf directly behind the house allowing for some good fishing and crab catching.The only issue we had is that some construction was in the area and started early in the AM. We will be booking this location again and highly recommend this property.
Our stay in this beautiful candle was incredible. Close to restaurants, you could even walk to the beach.If you wanted to. It's right on a canal. We will be back!!
I will be the first to admit that I have very high standards for my vacation accommodations, and this home far exceeded them. It is brand-new and has water views, the decor is simply lovely, the home was clean and well furnished, beautifully kept and very comfortable for us guests. My family really enjoyed our stay. I was intrigued by the sustainable travel aspect of this rental and was pleasantly surprised that it was so integrated into the home, we didnât need to use it but there is even an EV charger in the garage. Itâs in a great location, near the beach and also anywhere else we wanted to go in the area. Rental company service was great. Five big stars from us! Weâll be back.
