The staff at the front desk was genuinely friendly and helpful. When we wanted to make some last-second changes to our reservations, they were courteous and patient with us. A rare ice storm hit the area while we were there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the sidewalks were safe. And they kept us informed of updates every time we came into the lobby. One of the best perks were the delicious cookies -- fresh out of the oven--that awaited us in the lobby every time.
