The easy walk to town or the train makes it accessible for my friends and guests to get back and forth, and to visit New York City for the day.
Free parking, for one car only. Organic food market one minute walk. More stores around by walking.
This is a 600 QF duplex two rooms one full bedroom with privet lovely back yard.
The house is located on the hill with a beautiful view of the water and land.
We have many stairs.
It is located in the middle of the town Greenwich in Cos Cob. Walking distance to the train and local stores.
Up from the house are several marinas and luxury Water club , with the possibility to rent a boat or kayak or dock your own boat.
Small size dogs a laud.

There is one bathroom with a shower, and an antique bathtub.

A cozy cottage on the harbor
We stayed for about 10 days traveling around Connecticut. Wonderful home with a clawfoot bathtub! You can see the harbor almost anywhere on the property! Tidy, organized and so close to the highway.

Best kept secret
Such a fabulous stay!! Highly recommend this property! I was visiting NY for an intense training. What a breath of fresh air to come back to a lovely apartment in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Everything you will need was provided. Decor is tasteful and inviting. The only hesitancy i would offer is you have to go up and down narrow steps to get to the bedroom and only bathroom in the apartment. I didnt mind it but for someone who doesn't get around easily i would not recommend this property. There are lots of stairs but its worth it. My host Olga was very helpful and made some amazing recommendations! I loved it so much that i came back w my mom for our last night before flying home.

Another Great Stay
I have stayed here twice. I love the location, the view, the completely provisioned kitchen, and the garden. Olga (the host) is on site and clearly cares so much about her guests and her property. Don't hesitate to book!

Great little secret in Greenwich
Olga was a pleasure and very attentive. The house was perfect size - area to work downstairs and separate sleeping area and bathroom upstairs. The location was great - Cos Cob/Greenwich across the street from the boats.

Best Host/Hostess and Charming Property
Olga is the warmest host. When I arrived, there was a bottle of wine waiting and calming music playing. The kitchen has everything you need and the space is quirky and memorable, all while being in the center of Cos Cob. You won't regret it! Thank you, Olga! :)

I really liked how safe this unit was and the wonderful views it provided. It was also really cute. Having two bedrooms was also helpful. The only thing to note is that this unit is up a few flights of stairs and the bathroom is also on the second floor so anyone with mobility issues would have trouble.

Very clean and well equipped unit. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Perfect for a couple. Conveniently located near transportation, shopping and Greenwich. Olga was a friendly and helpful host. Only caveat is that there are lots of stairs to the unit and a spiral staircase in the unit, so not the best choice for folks with limited mobility.

The apartment is cute and well equipped, in a very good location. 15 min to the train station and within walking distance to most stores. Olga was a lovely and extremely helpful host. I would definitely go back.

Clean Fun Place
This was a very nice property. It is clean, charming and well run with Olga. She provided everything you could need except a stove, which we did not need. Good parking, outdoor seating and lots of tomato plants! There are a lot of steps though up to the house and a metal staircase to the bedroom upstairs. Fortunately we are in good shape! We would say there again.

Great stay
We were in town to see family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The accommodations were comfortable for us and our pet with easy access to all Greenwich has to offer. The owner lives in an attached property and was very nice, comuicative, and accommodating.
