Toilet does not work. We have to go down the lobby to take care of business because the toilet does not work right. Staff are horrible, they do not smile. Service is terrible as well. No soda or coffee or other self service drinks available for casino customers/players like me. It’s nothing compared to the casino service that we get in the United States. Considering this is Venetian, I expected a better service. Staff don’t speak English except for the Filipino staff that are there that are friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience is horrible. Would not go back!

We waited for 40 minutes at check in, there was a huge queue and even with space for about 20 receptionists only 2 were working. When we finally got to the front, the receptionist couldn’t find us a room available. He asked if we would take a smoking room or whether we would take a downgraded room. We said no and eventually were found a room, but it stank of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. We missed our dinner reservation with all the waiting.

Chrck in was easy n fast, room was nicely decorated, new, and big with sitting area. Overall a great hotel to stay and will comfortably accomidate a family of 4.

Most of the hotels & casinos are mostly interconnected. It has food court, plenty to choose, the hotel is huge, just follow the sign, you can’t get lost, just going in circle.
