I’d be lying if I didn’t say that pulling up to this hotel, I was a little concerned. The staff was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast spread was great, the hot tub was clean minus a couple flies. But we were in town for a tournament and didn’t know any better and if we do this tournament again, I will gladly stay at this hotel! I won’t say it’s a five star hotel, but our experience was!

Really appreciate the lack of a ridiculous expensive dog fee for staying one night with a small, well behaved dog. Front desk staff were great and the coffee served in the morning was surprisingly tasty!

Excellent breakfast choices, room was clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly. Conveniently located. There was some trash in the back parking lot. All in all I was happy and satisfied with the stay and for the price I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

This was my first time at the Cottage Grove Inn located in Cottage Grove, Oregon and I was greatly impressed by the service and the room. The male front desk check in employee was courteous, professional and very polite. The room was very clean and everything worked to include the very clean king size bed. I highly recommend this place.

The front desk staff is wonderful. We like the jacuzzi king room, even though there isn't an elevator. We stayed here two weeks ago and came back because the room seemed clean enough, except for a few hairs in the tub and in the corner of bathroom counter. So we decided to give it another chance. As soon as we got to the room, we found an opened monster drink sitting on the tv console, dirty bathroom floor, hair on wall in bathtub. I'm afraid we won't ever come back.

Absolutely fabulous staff! This hotel is a great find - little things that make a difference. No loose power outlets, quiet HVAC, good quality food at breakfast with paper dishes and not styrofoam. Had a great sleep here.
