"Excellent location, close to both Helen and Cleveland. Amenities close by. Very cozy, small cabin... Would recommend for couples. Only suggestion would be that the bed is extra firm, so renters be aware if you like a softer bed. Otherwise, very clean, very tidy, adorable decorations. And quiet area"

"We rented this property for a small wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The guests came early to enjoy spending time together playing pool, ping pong and arcade games while enjoying hos d'oeuvres. The lawn was lush and green, perfect for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There was plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor, for all our guests and the counterspace was substantial for organizing the reception food and drink. The bride had the entire upstairs to herself with a gorgeous view of the vinyard while preparing for her big day. Everyone that stayed the weekend raved about how comfortable the beds were and many guests commented on what a beautiful, fun home it was and how we picked the perfect location for my daughter's wedding. We had about 25 people total attend, including the bride and groom, and while parking is limited we had no problems at all parking all the vehicles. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well stoked and although we brought alot of items wiht us, just incase, alot of what we needed was already available at the property. Additionally, the property owner and/or management (Leonard) was very responsive and helpful. This would be the perfect location for along friend weekend and we hope to come back for such an occasion in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Leonard!!"
