Completely remodeled brick house on an elevated lot provides charm, comfort and amazing views of the redrocks of Sedona off the huge back patio. We just added a hot tub on the back porch for your enjoyment.

Close (within 20 minutes) to all wonderful Central Arizona hotspots, including Sedona, Jerome, downtown Cottonwood, wineries, Out of Africa wildlife park, Verde River, Tuzigoot monument and lots more.

The space
You'll love starting your day sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoying seeing the hot air balloons ride over the redrocks of Sedona while you contemplate the adventures that await you.

Guest access
The whole house is yours. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious back patio and yard.

Other things to note
Each room in this home is tastefully appointed and social media worthy. You'll love the retro kitchen, each spacious bedroom and the cozy living room with it's whitewashed electric fireplace/heater, wifi speakers and large smart TV.

Please be aware, there are security cameras in both front and backyard.

This property is not small child friendly and has many things that can be broken or damaged by little fingers.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in this quiet neighborhood. Even enjoyed the hot tub. Close enough to go to Sedona for day. Plenty of hiking nearby clean and roomy easily could have accommodated our husbands if they had been with us

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication from the beginning to the end. We poved the space, nicely decorated and very well equipped with anything you could need. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My daughter loved the duck pond which is a very quick walk from the house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were amazing from the hot tub. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for anything you may need. Very nice easy trails within a few miles. We visited Downtown Cottonwood, Jail Trail, Slide Rock, and a few other lesser known trails with a 2 year old and she did fine on those light hikes. Everything, utensils, plates, pots, pans, snacks, spices, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, detergents, and recommendations to local spots.

Verde valley oasis

My friend and I wanted to meet half way to have a girls weekend and we weren’t disappointed. We were so close to all of our day excursions, restaurants and shopping. We had a great time. This house is perfect for friends or families alike. We had everything we needed and the communication was excellent with the owners.

Great anniversary getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the red rock views VRBO! Old town Cottonwood had so much to offer for food and scenery and it was also close for a nice day trip to Sedona! My husband and I really enjoyed bringing our dogs along for this trip and the house was perfect with great views and amenities. The hosts were in great communication too! Really plan to be back again soon!

Sweet spot!

This cozy property was well appointed and comfortable, with the added perk of being centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. We had a blast sight seeing, with the hot tub to wind down in the evenings. Overall great stay!

This property along with the owners were great, the backyard view was a million dollar view and words can't begin to describe the peace you felt looking into the open plans from a beautiful yard on a hill. Absolutely quite, wonderful place exactly like the pictures and more. Stores were close and downtown and outdoor culture were just meet minutes away. If your looking for a quote beautiful get away this is the place!

Cute little house

Quaint little place, very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and organized. Removed from the touristy area, this house in a quiet neighborhood with lovely mountain views was what we were looking for a few days away from home. Hot tub was a huge plus.

Sweet Oasis

We made this house our home base while visiting family and seeing the sites in the area. The photos don’t do the home justice. We found it to be bigger and nicer than what we originally thought. Perfect BNB

I have stayed at many bnb’s but this experience was perfect. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The owners were so kind and helpful. Unlike many bnbs there was no less than what you would expect in your own home. The bedding, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, just perfect. Kim and Jim provide a great home for a restful experience. The perfect stay!

It’s one of the nicest townhomes we have stayed at. Decor was very well done. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked, nice coffee bar and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Enjoyed the hot tub and playing cards on the deck.

Post-wedding AZ Reunion

Back to AZ this spring after our daughter married the love of her life, Oct 2022; now to enjoy the sites! This nugget of a home was perfect for my husband and I to join our daughter and new son-in-law (MI natives), to enjoy part of our vaca in Sedona with them. Clean, quaint, fully equipped home with adorable downtown eatery options, and perfect distance to break up Phoenix to Sedona planned hikes/treck.
