Pool was cool on the first day but heated up the next day. Enjoyed the pool but the steps need a handrail for seniors to get out. Tiles are slippery one in our party slipped and sustained a slight cut on the steps. More night lights around the pool would be helpful. Also a handrail going to the out side apartment on the steps. We enjoyed the morning wildlife! So entertaining!! I would recommend this property. Very convenient and close to things in the area. We had a wonderful time!!
The house has beautiful views and the house was very spacious. The pool and billiards was really nice to have at the end of the day. We did have some dog hair in our bed sheets and two of the bathrooms just need to have the shower tile cleaned. Other than that everything else was clean. The backyard views were beautiful. The bedrooms had plenty of space for your belongings. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer was very nice to use.We had the fire alarms go off intermittently at 5:15 am the first morning of our stay. They would go off and then stop and ten minutes later they would go off again multiple times. We called the emergency line 12 times and no one answered the 24 hour emergency line. We left the property that day because we didnât know if we were safe or not. Late afternoon a gentleman called and asked if we heard from anyone and we said no. He came out to the house and walked around and tried to figure things out. This all happened on Sunday. We wanted to have someone professional to tell us the alarm system was working properly and we were safe. However we left the house on Friday and no one ever contacted us to tell us that things were working and we were safe.
Check in was super easy, house was beautiful and had all essentials for a comfortable stay. Location was away enough to give us a sense of privacy and close enough to things to male trips easy. Entire family had a blast and enjoyed our stay. I'll also add that property owners were great communicators!
The property was lovely, the views fantastic. Couple of minor things that needed to be maintenanced but overall the house was very nice and We would stay again. We asked the pool to be heated and glad we did, it was perfect
Wonderful place. Clean plenty of room for everyone. Located in middle of everything we wanted to see and do. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was set with everything we needed to cook a meal. Watched hot air balloons over Sedona most mornings. Granddaughter loved the pool. The most beautiful sun rises over the mountains.
Beautiful home with amazing views
All was good except please change listing to say that there is no working fireplace
We did enjoy the outdoor fire pit , pool table and the amazing views and quiet neighborhood
This home was a perfect choice for our Fall family getaway. The home is even nicer in person and there are so many places inside and outside to hang out. My kids loved it!
The property was just as beautiful, spacious, and clean as was shown in the pictures. We loved that the bedrooms were split on opposite sides of the house. The adults slept on one side and the grown children slept on the other as we had different wake times. We ended up with 7 people in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone.. We enjoyed pool days, the sauna, played pool, ate meals together and still had quiet time if needed. We explored Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome. The house is perfectly situated in between all of the activities we wanted to do. We even spent a day at the Grand Canyon. Watching the sun rise on the back porch with a cup of cofee was spectacular. We star gazed each night, as there is very little light polution out there. Our whole family highly enjoyed our stay in this house and we're sure you would too. We booked almost a year out and had some necessary communication with the management company. They were always responsive, couteous, and understanding. Thanks for the great vacation!!

Property was as advertised. The pool area was fantastic and the water was perfect.
Steps from the living/dining room area to the pool table level needed to be better identified with some type of floor marking.
The showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Towels were plentiful.
Our group of 4 couples enjoyed staying at Quail Run Road for our annual Harley trip. We were a little confused, the listing indicated 4 baths with showersâŠ.we could only find 3! A little disappointing. The house was plenty roomy for the eight of us and worked out great. Cottonwood is a very nice town and worked well for staging our daily trips. Unfortunately we caught a heat wave and the pool was a good choice for the 104 degree temperature!
This property was just what we needed for all of our family to enjoy our granddaughter's graduation in AZ. It was clean - and spacious. There were a number of lights that had burned out, others that we could not find switches for (the walkway was very dark and difficult to navigate, but we could not find any switches if there were other lights for that area) - the pool area is very poorly lit - we actually went and bought a couple of solar spotlights to make it safer. There appeared to be lights IN the pool but no switch anywhere that we could find and when I asked property management about it, they were unable to give me an answer about pool lighting. Those things were really minimal for us - the place is beautiful - the views spectacular - very well appointed for the most part. Would definitely stay here again!!!
A very beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet place to be. We have never been to Arizona and being able to stay here made the experience made it even more special.
We loved the location with a beautiful view of the mountains. You can watch the sunrise on the back patio area and watch the sunset on the front patio area. Even though it wasnât warm enough to swim, it was relaxing just sitting by the pool. Would love to stay here again. It is close to a lot of scenic places such as the mining town, Jerome and Tozigoot ruins, and many other sites. Sedona is about a 30 minute drive. Thank you for opening up your home to give visitors a special place to stay.
This house is so beautiful, from the spacious interior to the wonderful view from the back patio and pool. We appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the thoughtful artwork throughout. Watching the sunrise from the back patio and the sunsets from the front porch were such a joy. We would definitely stay here again!
This house is as pictured. Everything was clean. Beautiful views, nice pool, fun game room. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs some attention would be the master bathroom shower nozzle. There's not much water pressure but other than that the bathroom is beautiful. The area is private but close enough to town that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this house.
It was Awesome. Plenty of room and easy access coming and going. Nice Pool Area.
Close to the neighboring towns we wanted to visit.
Only suggestion is maybe a curtain for the kitchen window and the door in one of the bedrooms. The sun shone bright in those two areas.
Roomy, very comfortable house. Pool does not have umbrella and thatâs makes it hard to spend much time in the sun, but it was overall a great stay. Pet friendly. Well equipped.
We had 3 couples on our trip. The house was very accommodating with plenty of room to spread out. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The house was very clean and had plenty of linens/towels. The location of the house was a 5 minute drive into downtown Cottonwood and 20-25 minute easy scenic drive into Sedona. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool and grilling. We paid for the pool to be heated which was heated to 84 degrees but with Sedona evening temps of mid 50âs, 84 degrees was still quite chilly to enjoy the pool during our stay. Loved the house and would highly recommend a stay here! This home is going on my list to return and recommend to friends/family who want to visit Sedona!
