A 6-minute drive from downtown Le Mans, 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and 10 minutes from the European Horse Racing Center, the "Les Pommiers de Tante Adélie" cottage invites you to a rural setting with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel.
You will fall under the spell of this restored building, its spaciousness, its magnificent garden featuring a swimming pool for relaxation, its 5-seater jacuzzi, its fitness area, and its fire pit.
Its amenities and facilities will allow you to share unique moments.
On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. 1 accessible bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and accessible toilet.

Old buildings (small manor house, farmhouse, and outbuildings) from the 16th and 18th centuries, completely renovated in 2023 with a contemporary interior design, while retaining their original exterior appearance. This 380 m² building is located on a 3000 m² landscaped and wooded plot in a natural area. This property is located along a footpath called "les chemins creux" (Sunken Paths). This site is ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation.
La Campagne at the gates of the city, 10 minutes from the TGV train station, 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large two-hundred-year-old lime tree.
For added decor and as a reminder of the site's history, we have preserved some elements of the past in the grounds (antique cart, apple press, and benches reconstructed from old timber beams, etc.).
