Luxury Apartment In Courchevel Moriond, 1650, Savoie France
The apartment is situated on a quiet road just below the centre of 1650, a 50metre walk takes you to the escalator which takes you to the village and the ski slopes consequently it is very quiet but extremely convenient for the village centre, shops bars and ski lifts. The apartment itself is on the first floor of a chalet with 3 other apartments and has just been fully refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment has a wrap round balcony with the main aspect facing due south, looking upto 1850 and also west down the valley. It is a wonderful suntrap with beautiful views. There is parking but on a first come first served basis. Underground parking is available in the village.
Bright and spacious apartment. 1 min far from shops through escalators. We had a very restful family week and took this oportunity to make activities: walks, VTT rides, Aquamotion swimming pools...
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The living room and kitchen are large with plenty of seating and many windows with great views of the valley, the mountains, and Courchevel 1850. It is a great place for relaxing after a day of skiing.The property is even nicer than the photos show (it is probably difficult to shoot good photos with all the light coming in from the large windows). The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms have a good amount of storage space. The bathrooms are small, but nicely updated and practical. The communication with the owner Malcolm and the manager Fiona is excellent.The location is excellent, barely a one-minute walk from the escalator. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable in this apartment and highly recommend it.
Supper location, just a few feet from the escalator up to 1650 high street. Magnificent views down to 1550 and up to 1850. Well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, super hosts, excellent communication.
Fabulous flat. Good spec, clean, nice views and light. Feels homey! Great for a family with two small kids. Malcolm is a superstar host, great communication. Recommended.
We stayed at chalet Bellevue from 26/12/23 until 03/01/24, 2 adults and 2 children aged 14yrs and 11yrs.
The apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and an open plan living & kitchen area. The apartment was warm and kitted out with everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable after a long days skiing.
Malcolm was incredibly helpful and very responsive on email, answering any questions we had. It just provided us with a lot of reassurances when planning the trip. When there Fiona was also very welcoming and was on hand if we had any questions.
The escalator upto the Main Street allows you to be in the village centre within minutes, you then can cross the road and up the second escalator to the ariondaz gondola.
Enjoyed drinks in both le schuss and funky fox.
The best restaurant for us a family was Copina, a fantastic tapas restaurant the food was excellent and good value.
Even in high season the queues at the lifts were minimal. Having last skied in courchevel 20 years ago it great to be back to enjoy the vast ski area and great snow conditions. We will certainly book chalet Bellevue again in the near future.
The property is in a great location, quiet but close to the escalator that takes you up to the main resort area. Beds very comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area were great. Iâm not one for writing reviews usually, but this is definitely a place that we would stay again.
This wonderful, homely apartment is ideally located in Courchevel Moriond with easy access to the slopes, shops and wider Courchevel area. It is clean and well appointed with everything you need. Excellent communication from the owner and property manager. Would highly recommend hiring a ski locker from ESF ski school at the bottom of the gondola, very handy especially if you have kids in tow. The sledging in Moriond is brilliant fun. Aquamotion also very good - but not cheap!
Excellent apartment for a family stay in Courchevel.
I can highly recommend this apartment for a family stay in Courchevel. We were a family of 4 (two teens). The apartment, which occupies the entire first floor of the building, has windows on three sides, is light, cosy and has great views. The location is very close to the escalator (up for the shops, down for the swimming pool), and the Ariondaz lift. Both the Carrefour and smaller Utile supermarkets are very good for food shopping. We ate at a restaurant on only one night - La Table de Marie - and the food was excellent: huge portions, good cooking, epic desserts and about Euro 40 per head with wine/beer. Both the owner of the apartment and the chalet manager were excllent communicaotrs and answered all our queries fully.

The property is well appointed and very comfortable making us feel at home from the very start of our holiday. Super clean, warm and welcoming we had a great week and didnât miss the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, we actually enjoyed it more!
Situated just a few paces away from the excellent escalator in Moriond this was a godsend as we have a 5 and 7 year old who tend to avoid walking where possible.
We love Courchevel and we loved this property. We will be back.
Staying in Chalet Bellevue made our Christmas holiday extremely enjoyable. We found the chalet to be exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The chalet has been finished to an exceptional standard. We will certainly be returning in 2018.
The Winyards
