It was a great location, in a dead end; no cross traffic. The unit was cute and we found everything what we wanted. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable for two. The property owner was very kind and helpful at the same time he was not in our face all the time. We enjoyed our freedom. Overall we rate this property and the time spent in it five stars

Nice stay

Property is exactly as advertised and the apartment was very clean which is important to me. The Lidl and Market are just around the corner. Roger was very communicative, kind, and prompt in responses despite being away from the property. The kitchenette was well outfitted. The apartment was very well located for the D-day festivities. Easy check in and check out. Linens and towels provided. You can’t ask for more!

Perfect stay near the beaches of Normandy

The location was ideal for walking to the fishing port or along the beach walks. We stayed for 10 nights and drove to all the D-Day museums within 2 hours. We were also able to visit Bayeux and Caen for some medieval flavour. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, a great room with dining and lounge area all in one. There is also an outdoor dining area. The host was very welcoming and made several suggestions for places of interest. Stores, laundry and restaurants can all be reached by walking, with the grocery store being only 500 m away. Really, it was an ideal location for our Normandy holiday. As a bonus, the wifi was very fast and reliable, so we were able to do some work as well.

Parfait! (Perfect!)

Everything about this property is perfect. M. Dubourg was so welcoming and helpful. We easily walked into town and enjoyed serveral locations, including Au Comptoir Gourmand and the Central Café. M. Dubourg suggested that we try a local favorite, tuergoule. We found it at La Fromagerie l'Estelle. SO delicious! We also bought eggs from M. Dubourg's neighbor. Perfect! Thank you for everyting, Roger. We had a wonderful stay and will be back; we will recommend you to all of our friends. Tout dans cette propriété est parfait. M. Dubourg était si accueillant et serviable. Nous avons facilement marché en ville et avons apprécié plusieurs endroits, y compris Au Comptoir Gourmand et le Café Central. M. Dubourg a suggéré que nous essayions un favori local, Tuergoule. Nous l'avons trouvé à la Fromagerie l'Estelle. Tellement délicieux! Nous avons également acheté des œufs chez le voisin de M. Dubourg. Vacances 2023 très réussies à Courseulles-sur-Mer/Normandie

Séjour et temps très agréables. Propriétaires charmants, toujours prêts à aider et à donner des conseils de visite. Ces 2 semaines nous ont permis de découvrir la région et les plages du débarquement. C’était vraiment très intéressant.

Excellent séjour

Le studio de Roger est spacieux, lumineux (même par temps gris), et convient parfaitement pour 2 à 4 personnes. Propre et entretenu, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Roger est très accueillant et nous a renseigné sur les activités du secteur, notamment le marché. La plage est accessible à pied en une quinzaine de minutes, l'occasion de faire une balade digestive après le déjeuner par exemple. La piscine municipale (d'eau de mer) est juste à côté de la plage. Courseulles est une ville très agréable, dynamique et avec beaucoup de visites, d'activités à faire sur Courseulles-sur-Mer et aux alentours. Nous espérons revenir !

Agréable petit appartement au calme à 15 min de la plage

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable au calme chez Roger. Il n’était pas présent pendant notre séjour, mais il a pris le soin de tout nous expliquer et cela a été très facile de communiquer par mail ou par téléphone. Petit appartement situé à 30 secondes d’un parc pour enfants (pratique pour notre fils de 4 ans). Le centre ville et la plage sont à environ 15/20 min à pied. Nous recommandons !

Long week-end en Normandie

Appartement conforme à la description, rien ne manque, même des DVD sont à disposition. Roger est très accueillant et disponible. Le voisinage très calme. Tout proche des plages du débarquement et autres visites de la Normandie, 5 jours ne nous ont pas suffit, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement et l'environnements

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Roger Dubourg un monsieur très sympa. Nous le remercions pour son accueil. Les voisins aussi sont gentils. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances. Les commerces sont à proximité de la location. Un endroit calme. Le seul problème c'est le prix. Pour un studio 1100€ pour 14 nuits j'ai trouvé ça chère. Mais c'est Abritel qui fixe le prix je conseille à Roger de louer de particulier à particulier.
