Part of a holiday site with 11 cottages, it accommodates up to 45 guests, perfect for family gatherings or trips with friends. Explore the Heart of Warwickshire, including Kenilworth, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick & Stratford-upon-Avon, plus NEC (16 mins), Stoneleigh Park/National Agricultural & Exhibition Centre (12 mins), and Warwick University (4 mins). Eco-friendly and powered by 111 solar panels, the property blends comfort, space, and sustainability.

Sleeping up to 19, the Farmhouse features flexible bedrooms, luxurious suites, and indulgent bathrooms. The first floor hosts the Master Suite with superking beds that can be set up as twins with ensuite, Bedrooms 2–5 with flexible beds, and a Family Room for up to five. Three further family bathrooms include a bath with whirlpool jets, a bath with shower, and a shower-only option, all beautifully finished. On the ground floor, Bedroom 7 and the Sage Suite both offer flexible beds, with the Sage Suite enjoying its own ensuite.

From the formal dining room for 20 to the breakfast room for six, mealtimes are a joy. The fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a scullery, makes cooking together effortless. The living room invites relaxation with three sofas and a projector smart TV, while the games room offers a smart TV, bar seating, pool table, and table football.

Step outside to the front lawn with summer seating, fire pit, and BBQ, or enjoy the shared courtyard. Play Tennis or Pickleball on the newly laid multi-use court, equipment provided and free to use. Six EV chargers are available via the PodPoint Guest Portal. With space, comfort, and endless outdoor fun, the Farmhouse is the ultimate countryside retreat for friends and family.
