Property looked nothing like the pictures the carpet was ripped the tiles were broke in the bathroom. They were cigarette stains, even though it was a non-smoking room. There’s food on the floor in the hallway. The door wasn’t even locked the bathroom door when it shut it was an overall disgusting property.

This property looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Doors don’t shut. Locks don’t work. Floors broken. Carpet torn. Cigarette stains. I almost went to my car to sleep.

The furniture was filthy with tears in the fabric, the tv didn’t work, the lobby had water dripping from the ceiling

The elevator smelled like pot. We only stayed 1 night. We were given one room, but it wasn’t cleaned yet so we were moved. The key didn’t work and the manager unlocked the door with a key. The se one room didn’t have the mini fridge or microwave. We found out later it was because the key pad didn’t work. So we were moved back to the first room. The room seemed clean enough, but my dad saw a cockroach the next morning run across the floor. And there wasn’t a stopper in the sink. The manager on duty was great and very kind. She knocked off several me of the cost for the room trouble. The hotel needs updating and a pest control contacted

Check-in was fine. The room on the other hand was in poor shape. Big spots of paint peeled off, the brown bedskirts were stained and nasty. At 1am, i woke up , turned on the light and killed a bed bug crawling across my sheets. I gave it to receptionist when i checked out.
