This single level, family home is located right in the heart of Cowes. An easy walk to all amenities.
This house is light and bright throughout. Is suitable for two families or couples to share.
Large open plan kitchen, living and meals area with a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with Foxtel platinum and DVD player. No wifi.
Wood combustion heater for those winter getaways. A split system, heating and cooling for those cold nights and hot summer days.
Electric cooking facilities include microwave and dishwasher.
This 5 bedroom property comprises king size master bedroom with ensuite, and plenty of cupboard space. There are 4 additional bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans. A central bathroom with shower and large corner spa bath. A separate toilet off the laundry.There is a comfy games room for the kids, with TV Xbox, DVD's, books and games to entertain.
Undercover rear deck with bi-fold windows to BBQ area and large outdoor dining setting, a grassed area for the kids to play and parking for 2 cars within the property. NOT PET FRIENDLY

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

Great location, big house but filthy

We hired this house for a week and spent the first day cleaning it to make it liveable. There was thick dust on every surface, the floors were covered in debris from a big gap under the back door. The cold tap in the main bathroom was broken and unusable. There was broken furniture in the bedrooms, ceiling fan didn’t work. The big 10 person dinning table is so bowed only 6 can sit at a flat area. There were cobwebs everywhere. Definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. Such a shame as the layout of the house was good, the location was amazing but the property is clearly not managed well.

A wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time. The location was great and we really enjoyed it. The only hiccup was that the hot water unit was broken when we arrived but this was quickly rectified and repaired when we notified the property managers. Overall a great trip

Girls getaway

This is a great place to stay, clean, lots of space and great location. Walking distance to everything. Only one negative, the bedroom with bunk beds could do with new beds, they were squeaky and not that comfy, door need to be fixed as well, it doesn’t shut properly. That was the only negative and not a major one. Just a suggestion as the whole rest of the house was amazing. Loved the large lounge where we could all sit together and big table, great open and wonderful for just sitting round and relaxing. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, right in the heart of all that Cowes has to offer. Only a few minutes walk to beach, cafes, supermarket, restaurants, etc, etc, etc. Property was clean and well stocked with all you could need. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Large family stay

We had a lovely stay here, property is in a great location we simply walked everywhere, shops, dinner, coffee in the morning or simply going for a walk. The house had a modern split system and the kitchen had all required cooking items the property is large and good for a bigger group though there are aspects of the furniture that are tired and already broken one of the small tables legs in a bedroom are broken we went to lift it to move it and the leg just fell over we also had a issue with the linen service but the property manager was straight onto it and had it fixed within a hour Overall we loved the house and would stay here again.

House is fine but property manager is abusive

We had a great stay in the house. Unfortunately the weekend was left on a sour note though as I got a phone call from the property manager accusing me of stealing a cushion. When I explained that I did not, I was called a liar and verbally abused. I recommend anyone intending to stay here take a video on your entry to the property to avoid any accusations from the incredibly rude manager.

Place was very clean and tidy and quiet. The lounge room was very comfortable..

Some things that could be better: Some toilet paper please. The shower has very little water pressure and barely enough to get wet. This was very disappointing as was the ill-fitting main bathroom shower door which is very difficult to open and close. This should be repaired asap.

Great location but needs updating

The property manager was amazing. Check in process was easy and quick. Location of the property was amazing super close to everything. The house was clean However the furnitures in the property were very dirty and old. The couch was stained all over. The cushions on the couch were so bad we had to remove them and than out sheets over the couch. The quilts and pillows have to be renewed they were so old even though we had broughy our own linen we felt very uncomfortable. The rug in the lounge must go it was so dirty and smelt very bad we had to put a picnic rug ontop so out kids can play. These are my recommendations apart from that it was a pleasent stay.

Great house for large family group

Lovely, bright house with large living area and separate kids play room. Clean, neat, nicely decorated. Close to shops and beach. We’ll be back.
