In one of the most incredible locations on the foreshore, with the view of the beach from the balcony as you sit on the side and situated in the middle of the main township of Phillip Island, is this luxury top-floor apartment with unlimited wifi.
Comprising two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one parking space, this fabulous apartment with high ceilings and unique and modern design is an outstanding opportunity. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the home has an open-plan living and dining area. The living area opens up onto a generous private huge terrace with superb views of the famous Cowes Bay Beach. Perfect for unwinding with a drink and BBQ at the end of the day with two couples or entertaining with the whole family.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
The bathroom has a large stone top vanity, spacious shower, and jet bath offering the highest luxury. The two generously sized bedrooms both have built-in robes and share the spacious family bathroom featuring a large shower, stone top vanity, toilet, and European Laundry.
The ultra-chic apartment building provides lift access, and secure undercover parking for your car, bike, or boat.
The home is set back from Main Street and is perfectly quiet.

We are happy to be contacted via email, text, or phone call anytime during the stay. The key will be available at the property and therefore unfortunately we do not get to meet, but it provides an easy way for you to enter and depart the home.
This beautiful Apartment is a 6-minute drive from Philip Island Wildlife Park and a 14-minute drive from Philip Island Grand Prix Circuit. The Penguin Parade is a 15-minute drive away.

There's the garage parking for your car/bike/boat and then there is plenty of additional surrounding area free parking (directly across the road).
There's no need to use your car though because the shops are around the corner and the beach is across the road!

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. GETTING AROUND There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

The location was great, walking distance to the main strip which meant we didnât need to take the car out even once during our stay. Apartment was a good size for a small family and the balcony was a great space to relax. The apartment was clean, although the bed linen in the master room looked wrinkled, like the sheets werenât changed, and I found several strands of hair under the pillows. In the shower area there was no shampoo and/or body wash, there was a hand wash in the shower. Other than that most amenities was there in the kitchen which was great.
This property was a little teick to find as thought it was on the foreshore, but once we located it just around the corner - the view were still great! Kids loved the space, spa bath and overall it was a great place to kick back and chill! Huge deck for afternoon sips and looking out over the water as the sun set. Weâll be back for sure!
Excellent spot close to everything in Cowes. Communication with Property Manager was easy and the whole process was stress free. Apartment was beautiful with great views.
Cleaning sub-standard,Plumber had to be called to unblock a very clogged vanity basin.Shower base and rim extremely dirty. accessibility extremely limited due to inward opening door, possibly contravenes safety standards. Oven in need of a thorough clean.Enjoyed the large balcony space.BBQ area in need of a good clean.BBQ itself leg buckling, unstable also with broken handle.Bed linen looked as though they had already been used.
We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment on Phillip Island. It is really well located, in walking distance of the shops and of the beach and jetty. The apartment is really light and spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. We suggested new towels would be an improvement, so I hope this has been implemented since our stay.
Great location, good size apartment with great views. Overall amenities were very good, lacking cupboard or drawers in bedrooms. Kitchen facilities very good, shower in bathroom way too small , door needs to open outwards to work better. Overall a very good stay and we would stay again.
Advertised as wheelchair friendly yet couldnât fit the relatively small wheelchair into either bedroom or bathroom. Had to use a hoist to move our daughter into bed with access only from loungeroom.
Not very clean, oven had melted cheese from previous guest. No hand sanitiser during Covid. Didnât feel like it had been cleaned.
Absolutely loved this place, was hard to walk away from.
Great location -close to all beaches,restaurants and cafes.
A night out or a snuggle at home this Penthouse did not dissapoint.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Amazing location, close to beach and shops. Most comfortable bed Iâve ever slept in. Everything we needed was available. All I would suggest to owners is add a bit more detail to car park location (ie âstone-tiled Facade with number 130) and a bit more drawer storage in bedrooms would be very useful.

Great apartment, ocean views, family friendly. Short walk to shops. Shower cubicle to small for grown man, couldnât close the door, had to use bath instead.
